- Excellent college with the best infrastructure and best pool of faculties
- I like the college infrastructure and also the kind of faculties resources we have. The campus life is thrilling with a lot of fun, events and activities.
Dislikes
- There is absolutely nothing to dislike about our college. It is value for money. with such a low fee for a high-powered PGDM program and extraordinary facilities, There is no room to dislike
- with such an affordable fee of Rupees 5 Lakh for the PGDM program, and the kind of quality academics, curriculum, faculty and value addition corporate guest sessions.
Remarks :
The Admission process is very smooth and concentrated Students have to appear Pre-qualifying test for VSM and also 2 PI sessions with the dean and director to get through admission to the PGDM program at VSM.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty Members are supportive, Helpful, well-experienced, and Knowledgeable. They conduct extra lectures to clear our doubts. Our Management staff is supportive and helpful. Our College also organized an industrial visit which helped us to interact with different industries and their management.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done my internship at Magnum for 6 months in the HR domain. I have learned below mentioned HR role over there. 1)Job Posting on Job Portals 2) screening Candidates profile 3) Profile Shortlisting via taking the first round of interviews over the call 4) If the Profile is shortlisted by Me then share the candidate's profile with the Senior HR. 5) Worked on the Salary structure of employees. 6) Worked on Employee engagement activities. 7) Designed new employee beneficial policy ... Etc. Overall it was a great experience.
Placement Experience :
More than 90% of the students got a placement at our college. companies offer salary packages ranging from 5 LPA to 9.5 LPA. HDFC Securities, ICICI, AXIS, Sharekhan, SBI, Bisleri, PCI, BSC, Hinduja Group, Altra Media Pvt Ltd, etc. Visited our campus for internship and placement. The highest salary package offered in our batch was 9.5 LPA, and the Average salary package offered was 5-6 LPA. Almost 95% of students got an internship from our college.
Campus Life :
Our college has a dedicated floor for management education, and the interiors and well-furnished with air-conditioned classrooms, seminar halls, libraries, projectors, and a computer lab. Although the college does not provide hostel facilities they tie up with Stanza Leaving; A state-of-the-art student residence near to college. Students can also find PG Close to college

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
