VSM is just a 5-year-old management institution, but their roots are very strong in the academic world, since their inception is almost a 6 Decade in education. that was the major reason which made me select VSM as my preferred choice. I had appeared for MAT/CAT/CET exams but my score was not that great to get into ranked B-schools, and at the same time I didn't want to compromise on getting into any underrated B-schools. I researched well and then applied to VSM. The admission process was very smooth right from pre-qualifying tests and PI rounds. I was impressed when I came to know that they give weight-age to PI rounds more than scores because the real talent of the student is as certain in the interviews and not by scores. That was the turning point of my decision to get myself admitted to VSM.
We have amazing faculty members with in-depth knowledge. We have renowned guest lecturers visiting the college. We also had a CEO connect series, where all renowned CEOs came and shared their industry experiences and how to conquer the outside world. VSM also conducts the Annual Fest - INICIO and various cultural activities. VSM conducts Mid Term Assignments and End Term examinations every semester to assist the academic performance of the students.

VSM College is centrally located in Mumbai. The infrastructure is good, as well the classrooms are fully furnished and Air-conditioned. There is a seminar room and a large auditorium with seating for 1000 people, as well as a large library with an updated management book collection from Harvard Business School publications and a large computer lab with 50 computers. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the VSM infrastructure. More hands-on learning for pupils is something that VSM is monitoring. This management program, which is 70% practical training, includes corporate training, events such as HR conclave, CEO series, INICIO, and industry visits in addition to guest lecture series.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
