Alliance School of Economics Scholarships

Alliance School of Economics offers various scholarships to support meritorious students across all programs. The university provides scholarships based on categories like merit-based scholarships, alumni scholarships, category-based scholarships, and employee scholarships.

Students can grab the opportunities subject to fulfilling certain eligibility criteria such as specific skills or talents, financial needs, and academic performance. Students can grab only one scholarship from the category given. It is available on a first come first serve basis.

Merit-Based Scholarships

Merit-based scholarships are given to students who have performed exceptionally in academic or other achievements or talents. These scholarships are given to students to encourage and motivate them to work harder and achieve more with greater determination.

Category-Based Scholarships

• Defense and Paramilitary Quota:

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Serving personnel; ex-servicemen; retired personnel and deceased personnel or their dependents from Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Coast Guard, Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Military Engineers Service (MES) and Defense Security Corps (DSC), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Railway Protection Force (RPF), National Security Guards (NSG), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Special Frontier Force (SFF), Border Road Organization / General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), Assam Riffles, Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO).

• Differently Abled:

This scholarship is available for a student with 40% disability as mentioned in provisions of the RPD Act, 20216 to all categories of disability. Students with a Unique Disability ID from the government of India are eligible for this scholarship.

• Sports National Level:

A candidate who has represented the state in any competition conducted between the last two consecutive calendar years at the national level in Individual/ Teams approved by the Ministry of Sports/ Sports Federation/ AIU. The student must obtain a certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ National Federation/ Board of concerned games only.

The candidate should have participated and won in the National level sports/ games conducted by the competent authority are eligible.

• Sports International Level:

The student must obtain a certificate from the concerned authorities of the sport. The candidate should have participated and won in the International level sports/ games conducted by the competent authority.

A player who has represented India in any International Sports Competitions approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ SAI/ IOA/ FISU/ National Federation of Concerned Games approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ Association of Indian Universities/ School Games Federation of India.

• Domicile:

Candidates who have studied and passed in 1 or more government-recognized institutions situated in the state of Karnataka, for a minimum period of 7 academic years starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC or 12th standard of the year in which student is seeking admission to and must have appeared & passed either 10th standard/ SSLC/ or 12th standard exam from Karnataka.

• Alumni Scholarships

Alliance University provides scholarships to its alumni family for being part of the institute. Scholarships are given to alumni, their children, spouses, and siblings, specifically for tuition fees.

• Employee Scholarships

Alliance University takes great care of their employees and provides scholarships to them. The benefit can be availed by the employee and also their children who want to pursue executive or doctoral programs.
