A candidate who has represented the state in any competition conducted between the last two consecutive calendar years at the national level in Individual/ Teams approved by the Ministry of Sports/ Sports Federation/ AIU. The student must obtain a certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ National Federation/ Board of concerned games only.
