My college review

What I Liked

Faculty is approachable and good teaching
Good classrooms with AC. Ample parking space.

What I didn’t like

Washrooms are not clean, only few are clean that are located far from our classrooms
Equipments are less in labs so sometimes we are made to adjust with few equipments

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am always interested in medicine and serving people. Teaching methods is through smart boards and labs. Test is conducted every week with internals being conducted every two months. The difficulty level is moderate

Placement Experience:

Since I study in a medical College and my course is MBBS there are no placements from the companies here. Thus there are no companies that hire students directly from the college. So basically I have no idea about the placements

Life at akash

What I Liked

Nescafe is present inside the campus , and is good
Anti ragging policy is implied and seniors and juniors are friendly

What I didn’t like

Construction has to be finished quickly
Canteen is not present inside the college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty are friendly kind good. Academics there will be 3 internals and one final exam . Weekly tests will be conducted. They are moderate to difficult. Faculty are well experienced. Different types of teaching methods are implied like self directed learning,seminars

Placement Experience:

One year compulsory internship has to be done by all students. Stipend around 10000 is given per month. Students will be rotated in all departments to gain enough knowledge. It is very useful in learning practical aspects

What I Liked

The library facilities are very good to say
The classrooms are very well maintained

What I didn’t like

The hostel is not very proper to be exact
There are no co caricular activities u can actively take part in

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choose this course out of pure passion The faculty are all ofcourse doctors and are quite skilled in there teaching and clinical skills Teaching methods are a bit dull but the clinical exposure is what sets u apart

Placement Experience:

There are no placements as such in the field of medicine There's always a race for the next degree that is either md or ms and the starting salary after completion of the degree is anywhere around 40000 to 100000
