BAMS Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum qualification the candidate should have is 10+2 from a recognized institution.
- The candidate minimum age limit allowed is 17 years, as of December 31, 2023.
- They should have majored in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in classes 11th and 12th.
- If the candidate is from the general category, they must have a score of 50% aggregate in all three subjects to be eligible in both years.
- Reserved category (SC/ST) has relaxation on the minimum aggregate of 5%-10%. This is based on reservation criteria every college has for college seats.
- Candidates who are under the category of UR PwD need a minimum of 45% aggregate.
- Candidates must have a minimum score secured in NEET.
- Candidates who are in 12th can also apply if they produce TC/ passing certificate at the time of admission.
- There is a counseling procedure offered state-wise which happens once the results are out and each state will have its own state merit rank. The candidates will then fill out the application form and submit it.

BAMS Admission 2023: How to Apply?
There are few steps in the process to apply for BAMS course.
- First, the students should register online using the link on the official website of NEET.
- Enter the candidate’s personal details and log in.
- Registration number and password will be intimated which will help to download the admit card.
- Who has scored the minimum required in CCIM-approved Ayurvedic medical colleges with NEET exam scores are given admissions. It is not possible to get admission without NEET.
- Students will be updated via email and the mobile number they have registered on the NEET website to fill out the application form.
- Each detail should be carefully filled out.
- All the required documents must be uploaded with the photograph of the candidate and signature in the required size and format according to their guidelines.
