PESSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

All those applying for PESSAT 2025 must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria as per their courses.

Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for PESSAT 2025

Age Limit: There is no lower or upper limit set to apply for PESSAT.

Educational Qualification: The required educational qualifications for different courses have been mentioned below:

  • B.Tech Course - Youmust have completed your 12th grade or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board, with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
  • M.Tech Course - You must have completed a B.Tech/BE from a recognized university in a relevant subject.
  • BBA Course - You must have completed your 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • MBA Course - You must hold a Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
  • MCA Course - You must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university with one of the following subjects: Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Programming, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, or Statistics.
  • B.Arch - You must have passed NATA examination as you will be needed to upload your NATA scorecard when filling out PESSAT application form.
  • BBA LLB Courses - You must have passed the CLAT examination as CLAT scorecard will be required while filling out the application Form.

PESSAT 2025 Application Form

PESSAT 2025 application form will be made available on the official website. You can fill out the application form within the specified dates online. Follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Click on the “New Registration” link.
  • Select your course and enter your basic details like name, date of birth, gender, and email ID to complete registration.
  • Log in with the generated credentials and fill out the PESSAT Application Form with the necessary details.
  • Upload scanned images of your signature and passport size photograph in the specified
  • Pay the PESSAT application fee of INR 1200 online through credit card/debit card/ net banking or offline through demand draft/Challan
  • Download and print the application form for future use.

PESSAT 2025 Exam Pattern

PESSAT 2025 exam pattern varies for different courses. The PESSAT exam will be conducted in online mode. Only the B.Des course exam will be pen and paper-based. The duration of the PESSAT exam is 3 hours for B.Tech, while for all other courses, it is 2 hours.

PESSAT 2025 Marking Scheme is as follows:

  • +4 marks are awarded for each correct response.
  • If an answer is left unanswered no marks will be given
  • There will be no negative marking in PESSAT 2025 exam.

PESSAT 2025 Syllabus

The PESSAT 2025 syllabus varies depending on the course. For B.Tech, the PESSAT syllabus covers 11th and 12th-grade topics in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. PESSAT 2025 Counselling

PESSAT 2025 counselling will be conducted for those who qualify the exam. It will likely take place in two rounds. A fee of INR 500 will be needed to register for the counselling process.
