Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS) has revised the counselling schedule for the VLDD (Veterinary & Livestock Development Diploma) Admission 2024. The first allotment list will be released on November 28, 2024. Candidates can download the allotment letter from the official website after the list is out.

LUVAS VLDD Admission Dates

The schedule for vacant VLDD seats of IPVS, LUVAS and affiliated private colleges is as follows:

First Counselling (Online)

Note: Document Verification, Fee Deposit, Medical Examination & other admission formalities will be done from December 2-5, 2024 in the respective colleges.

Second Counselling (Online)

Note: Document Verification, Fee Deposit, Medical Examination & other admission formalities will be done from December 17-18, 2024 in the respective colleges

Third Counselling (Physical)

Note: For third and onward counselling, the candidate will deposit the fee in the form of DD at the respective affiliated private college/institute.

LUVAS VLDD Admission Key Points

• The seats in online counselling will be allotted strictly as per the candidate preference mentioned in the application form.
• The candidates must bring all the original documents, two photographs and two sets of self-attested photocopies of documents at the time of document verification.
• If a candidate is allotted a seat in a college and fails to deposit the fee and complete other admission formalities, they will be debarred for subsequent online counselling.
• The candidates who have already been admitted are allowed to move upward of their preferences from one college to another or within college from Management quota seat to State quota seat and vice-versa based on their merit and preference(s) given in the application form.
• Candidates who have already been admitted to lpVS, LUVAS, or any other private affiliated institute will not be eligible for mop-up counselling of IPVS, LUVAS.
• If any seat remains vacant even after the second counselling, then the vacant seats shall be filled up by the concerned affiliated private college through the Merit list of VLDDET-2024. The private colleges/institutes shall widely publicise the vacant seats before making admission. The schedule of subsequent counselling for vacant seats at affiliated private institutes will be displayed by the respective institutes on their websites.
• The Following fee will not be charged from the SC category students (only those who are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship) at the time of admission in the VLDD programme of IPVS, LUVAS:
  • University Admission Fee
  • College Development Fund
  • College Admission Fee
  • Examination Fee
  • Laboratory Fee
  • Tuition Fee
  • Amalgamated Fund

• The students eligible for the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
  • Haryana Domicile Certificate
  • Latest income certificate up to INR 2.5 Lakhs per annum
  • Aadhar Card
  • SC Certificate
  • Undertaking regarding the deposition of the fee within 15 days of getting PMS in their account.
• Fees and dues of INR 3870 need to be paid at the time of admission for SC students who are eligible for PMS.
