PGIMS Rohtak: Admission
- Admissions at PGIMS are offered on the basis of NEET UG, NEET PG, GPAT scores or marks obtained in the competitive entrance test conducted by the University.
- For getting admission to M.Ch, DM, M.Phil, M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Pharma, B.Pharm LEET 2nd Year, BPO, BPT are done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the University.
- For BDS and MBBS courses, the college requires the scorecard of the entrance exam of NEET-UG. However, for M.Pharm courses students must have a scorecard of the GPAT entrance exam.
How to Apply?
Interested candidates who want to get admission in any of the courses being offered by PGIMS can apply through offline mode. Below are the steps for the application process:-
- Candidates can get the application form from the official website of the university and download it.
- Application form along with prospectus is also available at Controller of Finance, Pt BD Sharma UHS, Rohtak or at HDFC Bank Branches of Rohtak/Ambala/Karnal/Gurgaon/Hisar; Candidates can obtain the application form at above-mentioned and make a payment of INR 2400 for General Category (For SC/BC & SBC of Haryana of INR 600).
- 3 passport size photographs should be required in the size of (3.5×4.5cm).
- Candidates who have downloaded the application form can make the payment either online or through Demand Draft. Demand draft should be in favour of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Science, Rohtak payable at State Bank of India, Medical College, Rohtak (Code: 4735).
- Dully application form must be sent by the candidates before the due date in the below- mentioned address:

PGIMS Rohtak: Facilities
The institute of medical science offers many of the facilities to its students during their course duration:
- Library: The institute has a library where more than 42621 books have been placed on various streams of Medical Science. Apart from that, the library also contains 150 national and international medical journals. An Internet connection facility is also available in the library for students and staff members. Also, 248 online journals are available in the library and OPD’s area.
- Sports and Recreation: The institute conducts sports and recreation activities for its students. They participate in sport, athletic and literary events at the state and national level and win prizes and the college is praised for this.
- Hostels: There are separate hostels for boys and girls one for each and it is constructed near the college campus for student’s feasibility. For security and safety purposes, male and female wardens are assigned to boys and girls hostels respectively. Hostels have been equipped with all basic facilities keeping in mind the student’s comfort level.
- Smart Classrooms: The institute of medical science adopts a digital and modern way of education. Faculty members take classes with projectors and screens to enhance digitized learning. It grasps the learning ability and broadens the application of the mind.

Ans. As such there is no scholarship or loan facility being offered by PGIMS to the general category of students but reserved categories of students can avail of this facility. To avail of this facility, they are required to show the caste certificate.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Overall syllabus is not that hard. As I'm currently in 1st sem so i get time to prepare for other exams as well. This college conducts 2 sessionals exams along with practicals and then semester exams.
Remarks:
This college comes under health care institutions. And is quite famous as it's a medical college providing only professional courses. Patients all over state and near states visit the hospital for their health issues and this also provide some practiacl knowledge including interaction with various types of patients.

Course Curriculum Overview:
This course for OT technician have great future options which makes me stress free for future tension. Faculty is highly qualified and supportive. The term exams held once in year in the month of December with moderate difficulty level.
Placement Experience:
For placement you should have your degree and all the required documents. But placements are not directly done in college. But you can get job just after completion of course.I will persue my carrer as a technician after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course as it has a lot of scope in future which are very good for my career. Our faculties had done m pharm and PhD. The teaching method is good as all experiments are done by us in laboratories.The exam time is quite late as our session is 6 months late but it will be soom stable.
Remarks:
The evaluation of this collage is very good. Yes I give an exam of online cum entrance test (OCET) for the admission in this course.The syllabus is of 11th and 12th for this exam and ncerts are enough for the preparation.

The reason of choosing this course is that the high demanding course in india is that course. The chances of getting job is too much in this course of medical field. Faculty are all genuius persons which our come to teach us. All faculty qualification is high to high. Course Curriculum Overview:
I had an interest in the medical department and medicine, so I wanted to study this course. the teaching staff here is fully equipped with the knowledge and it will be beneficial for you, the exam bere occurs after 6 months on average and some sessional occur after 2 weeks, the difficulty level is average for most of the exam,as most of the students start studying for the exam a day before the exam, the cost to study is low and affordable, for m pharm there is a scholarship test named great which gives you around 12,400 Ruppe every month.
Placement Experience:
There is no placement for students they have to go for self-placemen, but the uni has a good name so there will be no such problems as the students get easily hired by the companies around rohtak, so the students get easily placed. the highest package is 5laks per annum and the lowest is around 20k per month. My plan after getting my degree is to study for m pharm.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I was admission in 2022 through the neet exam. Bds is a dental course. All the faculties of the dental college are very supportive and help students in their academic as well as non-academic. There is no such scholarship exam for this course. Course fees are affordable. There is not a large amount as it is a government college. Hostel fees are also very low compared to other colleges in the state.
Placement Experience:
As it is a medical College there is no placement. The internship occurs after the final year with a stipend of INR 17000. After completing my BDS, I will be admission to MDS through the neet pg exam. Different branches are there like prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, pedodontics, etc. All are good.
