What I Liked

College campus ia away and separate from the hospital area
College is at a very known good location.... infrastructure is good and development is going on ... faculty is one of the most experienced faculty..some have published their own books as well

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure some has been gone old bcz of a very old clg
Library should be much more expaanded and books other than medical should be there

Campus includes old building and new academic block with centralized AC, badminton court, canteen .

What I didn’t like

Hostel availability is low for delhi quota students.
Availability of water cooler and washrooms could be more.

What I Liked

the college has the best infrastructure with the biggest lecture theatres, best practical labs and fully air-conditioned.
the auditoriums are 3 in number with the largest being the swarnjayanti auditorium which has a seating capacity of more than 1000 people.

What I didn’t like

i think they need to keep up with the maintenance work of the lecture theatres for computers and projectors.
they also need to make sure that all the things that are needed in labs are kept there and available all the time.

I always wanted to be a doctor hence I chose MBBS. the faculty has a lot of experience and all of them are highly qualified. they teach by different methods in the form of lectures, small group discussions, self-directed learning, and various practical classes. term exams are held twice a year and they are moderately difficult. cost of studying is as mentioned is just 5000rs for the entire duration of the course. every year scholarships and financial assistance are also given to needy students.

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure of our college it is newly built the new academic building and the new ipd opd and emergency, i like our auditorium,gym ,and the most beautiful part of our college is its location ,cannaught place .
college faculty are well qualified senior residents and HODs who themselves are either MD or MS in their respective departments,one of the best opportunities to learn from them and work under them in internship and have learning experience with them The faculty is really very supportive and help us in the academics and guide us through all the processes of ug

What I didn’t like

Campus is beautiful but a but small for a batch of 240 since the upcoming batches form a strength of 240 , gym timings are a bit limiting to students in the campus since they are till 5pm in evening , infrastructural facilities for pediatrics and pediatrics emergency are also under developed and same for gynae wards and gynae and obs emergency
Hostel campus is a bit limiting sometimes in terms of area , hostel mess is a bit discerning because its a must mess you have to pay the mess fees whether u are eating there or not secondly , dogs menace is something which one must be concerned 🙁 while you are thinking to get a hostel

Life at LHMC

What I Liked

The best part is it's location . It's in the heart of delhi, Connaught place.
It is one of the oldest medical college and the campus is very beautiful and filled qith greenery.

What I didn’t like

Sometimes it gets a bit irritating if you are a hosteller as it's a government college and thus hostel facilities are okayish and mess is average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBs are the dream of a lot of people. You take exams at the end of every year. It's like preboards and boards and are called setups and final proofs. Sentups are like preparation for final proof. Setup is conducted by your college whereas proofs are by Delhi University. In between the years, you might have internal assessments.
