Clustera and Yuvaa's Stand Up & You Grow Girl event at NMIMS Bengaluru, featuring Navya Nanda, left a lasting impression on students and spurred important discussions on topics such as Street Harassment, Women Empowerment, Self-Development, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. The town hall was conducted by Mr. Yash, a leader at Yuvaa who moderated open mics and insightful conversations with Navya Nanda, a young Indian entrepreneur, social media influencer, and co-founder of Aara Health.

During the event, Navya Nanda shared her experiences with students and eminent guests. The grandson of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, Navya Nanda, has charted her own path and inspired many. As an active social media user, Navya promotes her business ventures and shares aspects of her personal life. 

Navya Nanda has consistently prioritized women's empowerment as a core value. Her dedication to this cause has inspired students to become catalysts for change and fearlessly pursue their passions. Navya Nanda expressed her admiration for the students' determination in addressing societal challenges and working towards a future that is inclusive and empowering. Being a part of the Stand up & You Grow Girl initiative at NMIMS Bangalore, she finds encouragement in the shared vision between herself and the initiative. In collaboration with L'Oreal Paris, Yuvaa conducted a survey that revealed a staggering statistic: 80% of women have experienced sexual harassment, indicating that it is a pervasive issue not only globally but also in India. In response to this alarming finding, the survey recommends a 5D methodology as a course of action.

The first step in case of witnessing harassment is to Distract, diverting attention away from the victim and diffusing the situation. Next, Delegate and seek help from others who can intervene when someone is being threatened. It is important to Document the incident through video, taking care to be cautious about sharing it on social media. Delaying the person involved shows empathy and support for the victim, while Directly addressing the harasser and firmly asking them to stop or stepping in if necessary is crucial, all the while being mindful not to engage in an argument.
