Shirpur, July 18, 2023 - Commencing its journey in 2007, the Centre for Textile Functions (CTF) situated in Shirpur, under the umbrella of Mukesh Patel School of Technology & Management, NMIMS Deemed-to-be-University, has been steadfast in delivering exemplary education in the field of Textile Technology. Applications are currently being accepted for the three-year Diploma in Textile Technology program, which has a yearly intake capacity of 120 students. Prospective candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of securing a minimum of 50% marks in their 10th and 12th examinations combined. The registration procedure is currently underway, and the selection process is merit-based.

He enrolled in CTF's Diploma in Textile Technology program after completing the 10th grade at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule High School, Shirpur after growing up in a lower-middle-class family with limited means. Thanks to Mukesh's unwavering determination and exceptional talents, he successfully attained a transformative opportunity within the nonwoven division of Welspun India Limited, located in Anjar, Gujarat. Mukesh persevered and gained invaluable experience in the field while believing in the future prospects of this specialty. As a result of his hard work, he steadily ascended the career ladder. As the Process and Production Manager at Vision Non-Wovens Private Limited in Jamnagar, Mukesh recently made a strategic move. He is immensely proud of his achievements today, knowing that he has not only changed his own life, but also provided opportunities for others.

Emerging from the tranquil village of Torkheda in Taluka Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar, Bhushan Kumbhar's odyssey into the realm of textile technology serves as a wellspring of inspiration. Following his secondary education at Kadma Bande High School, Bhushan embarked on a journey to explore career-focused educational avenues. This quest led him to the discovery of the Diploma in Textile Technology program at CTF. Hailing from a lower-middle-class family, Bhushan discerned the paramount importance of education and seized the opportunity to pursue his aspirations. His enrollment in the CTF program commenced in 2016.

During his tenure at CTF, Bhushan and his peers were introduced to cutting-edge textile manufacturing machinery at the Shirpur Textile Park, affording him hands-on experience and pragmatic insight. Upon the successful completion of his diploma, Bhushan secured a position within Alok Industry's garment division. Subsequently, his journey led him to Banswara Syntex Limited in Surat, further augmenting his proficiency in the field. Presently, Bhushan has embarked on a fresh chapter in his career, joining Arvind's garment manufacturing division in Ranchi, where he relishes a well-earned annual compensation package.
