TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counselling revised Schedule has been released on the official website by TSCHE. Qualified candidates can register their name for TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counseling till 8 July 2023. 

TS EAMCET 2023 choice-filling process began on June 28. Candidates who have booked their slots can proceed with the certificate verification, which will take place on July 9. Candidates can start the TS EAMCET option entry online from July 9 to July 12. 

On July 16, the authority will release the provisional seat allotment list for TS EAMCET. It's important to note that the TS EAMCET 2023 Cutoff will be made available for each round of seat allotment. The cutoff marks will provide candidates with an idea of the minimum scores required to secure admission to their preferred courses and colleges.

TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counselling Process

Here is an overview of the TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 counseling process:

  • Registration: Candidates who have qualified in TS EAMCET 2023 need to register for the counseling process. They have to provide their personal and academic details, along with the TS EAMCET hall ticket number, rank, and other required information.
  • Document Verification: After registration, candidates need to visit the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) for document verification. They have to carry the original documents, along with photocopies, for verification. The documents may include the TS EAMCET rank card, hall ticket, marks memo of the qualifying examination, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate, etc.
  • Choice Filling: After document verification, candidates will be provided with a login ID and password to access the online option entry portal. Candidates need to fill in their choices by selecting their preferred courses and colleges in order of preference.
  • Seat Allotment: Based on the choices filled by candidates and their TS EAMCET rank, the seat allotment process will be conducted. The provisional seat allotment list will be published on the official website. Candidates will also be informed by SMS on their registered mobile number.
  • Payment of Fees and Reporting to College: Candidates who are allotted seats need to pay the required fee within the specified time and report to the allotted college. They have to complete the admission formalities and submit the necessary documents for final admission.

Documents Required for TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counselling

Candidates need to be prepared with the following documents for the documents verification at the time of counseling:

  • Aadhaar Card of the candidate
  • Mark Sheets of all classes from class 6 onward to the qualifying degree of the candidate
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the school last attended by the candidate
  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate of the candidate
  • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2023 (if applicable) of the candidate
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority ( if applicable) of the candidate
  • Candidate’s Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
  • Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.
  • Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
