- The college fest named as HABBA is one of the biggest college fests in this city
Dislikes
- The hostel issue is a major concern which I did nit like because of bedbugs
- You can feel the biasness if you are coming from North part of India
Remarks :
The simple criteria for taking admission in Acharya Institute of Technology is that you should complete 12 th with a good aggregate. Moreover as it comes under VTU, you can opt for VTU exam named as COMEDK in which college will be alloted based on your performance in the exam. Nevertheless you can directly come to the college and take direct admission if you're willing to take admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The overall feedback of this college is pretty good. The teaching methods and the faculty staff are quite supportive in all aspects. They have different cells to deal with different types of problems.
Internships Opportunities :
I had done my internship from TATA MOTORS PVT.LTD. in the filed of APPLICATION OF CNC MACHINE IN DIGITAL MANUFACTURING. It was a four week online internship where we were taught about the CNC Machining and it's applications.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job assistance are regularly provided by the college. Time to time we receive mails from different companies across India and Abroad for job opportunities despite being a graduate a year ago .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for a 4 year full time degree in Acharya will cost around 14-15 lakhs in today's date. The fees for its domicile students are quite less compared to students coming from other states.I had taken ECE as my core subject which took me close to 10 lkhs ..
Campus Life :
I must say that the campus and social life here at Acharya is pretty good. This college is spread over 120 acres of land which is quite big. The campus is filled with full of greenery . Students from different parts of the globe come here to study .
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel here at Acharya is overall good It has a 30 acres campus outside of college for accomodation of boys and girls studying in Acharya The hostel is good except for bedbugs.Bedbugs is a major problem in this hostel but else everything is good

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
