Toc-H had NBA accreditation which made me choose it. As I got a scholarship and the college was in Ernakulam, I finalized Toc-H. However, the college had a not-so-supportive management. They had some rules which doesn't make any sense. the management doesn't support the students in conducting events and programs. Toc-H doesn't have GD, interview and written test for the admission process.
I had a great interest in mechanical engineering, I wanted to learn the working and functioning of machineries which made me choose mechanical engineering. The faculty members were experienced and had good knowledge of the subjects. There were 2 internal exams in a semester and the end semester exam was conducted every 2 months.
No, I didn't opt for internships. The college doesn't support in finding internships. The students should find internships on their own. Our HOD didn't allow us to go for internships, only a few went for internship.
There were decent placements for CS,IT, ECE. Mechanical didn't have many placements. The reliability criteria is that the students shouldn't have any backlogs. TCS,EY, South Indian Bank were some of the companies visited for the recruitment. After graduation, I enrolled for an MBA.
I got a scholarship based on my class 12th marks. My tuition fee was Rs.50000 per year. Rs.10000 was collected as caution deposit. Around Rs.20000 was collected as administration fees. Lab fees and exam fees were included. Rs.800 was paid to the university twice as a compulsory fee.
College fest named ' Advay' is conducted every year during the month of April. Almost all books are available in the library. There aren't many activities happening in the college as the management isn't supportive. There aren't any groups or clubs also.
The hostel was good with the necessary facilities. It was affordable, monthly hostel bill was around Rs.6000. The food quality was ok, non-veg is served every day for dinner. Overall hostel experience was good.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
