- IN YENEPOYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY THEY HAVE WELL MAINTANED THE FOOTBALL GROUND.
- WE WILL NOT GET ANY TRAFFIC ISSUES WHILE CLASSES AND ALL BECAUSE ITS NOT ROAD SIDE.
Dislikes
- AS A HOSTELITE IF WE WANT TO GO OUT WE HAVE TO WALK AROUND 1 KM TO GET HIGHWAY.
- COLLEGE IS FAR FROM CITY AND ITS DIFFICULT FOR DAY SCHOLAR ALSO .
Remarks :
I MAINLY CHOOSEN THIS COLLEGE BECAUSE YENEPOYA PROVIDES THE BEST FEE STRUCTURE IN THE MANGALORE DIVISION. WE DONT GET ANY ENTERANCE EXAMS BEFORE ADMISSION. WE WILL HAVE COUNCLING BEFORE WE GET INTO THE COLLEGE TO GIVE OUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
Course Curriculum Overview :
ALL THE FACULTIES ARE FRIENDLY WITH STUDENTS IF THE STUDENT BEHAVE AS A STUDENT. COMPUTER SCIENCE FACULTIES ARE THE ONE SUPPORTS THE STUDENTS THE BEST IN EVERY FIELD , NAMELY IN STUDIES AND ALSO IN OTEHER ACTIVITIES IN AND OUT OF THE COLLEGE .
Internships Opportunities :
TILL NOW AS WE ARE IN SECOND YEAR WE DIDN'T GET ANY INTERNSHIP. BUT WE GOT ONE - TWO DAY TRAINING FOR CYBER SECURITY COURSE AND ASLO FOR EMBEDED SYSTEM CLASSES. FOR OUR SENIORS , THEY HAD FOUND INTERSHIP OF THEIR OWN.
Placement Experience :
EVERY YEAR STUDENTS PAY Rs.2000 AS TRAINING FEES FOR PLACEMENT AND TRAINING. EVERY YEAR NOT ALL STUDENTS ARE PLACED. NO 100% PLACEMENT. AS COMPETION IS MORE AND MORE DAY BY DAY FOR EVERY STUDENTS . AND YENEPOYA HAS A GOOD PLACEMENT AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
IN YENEPOYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY , AS A COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENT I HAD TO PAY Rs.1,35,000 PER YEAR . AND IF U DONT WRITE ANY EXAMS LIKE CET, JEE etc BEFORE ADMISSION TO THIS COLLEGE YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs.10,000 AS A PENALTY FOR JUST ONE YEAR. AND BEFORE EVERY SEM EXAMS ALL HAVE TO PAY A EXAM FEES OF Rs.1,800 FOR UNIVERSITY. AND EVERY YEAR WE HAVE TO PAY Rs.2,000 AS TRAINING FEES.
Campus Life :
THE COLLEGE IS LOCATED NEARLY 4-5 KM FROM THE MOODBIDRI CITY. AND FROM THE MAIN HIGHWAY WE HAVE TO GO 1 KM TO COLLEGE. AND HENCE COLLEGE IS NOT SITUATED IN THE CITY AREA ITS SOMEWHAT FOREST AREA. AND THE ENITRE CAMPUS LIFE IS FINE NOT SOO WONDERFUL, NOT AS EXPECTED.
Hostel Facilities :
YENEPOYA HAS MAINTAINED THEIR HOSTEL IN A WELL MANNER. ALL THE ROOMS ARE MAINTAINED CLEAN AND CLEAN . DAILY CLEANING IS THERE . THE ROOMS ARE ALSO FINE ENOUGH . DOES NOT PROVIDE WIFI FOR THE HOSTEL STUDENTS . MESS IS ALSO FINE AND WELL MAINTAINED. BOTH VEG AND NON-VEG ARE PROVIDED.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
