Remarks :
I chose this college because it has the legacy of celebrating many events. I'm kind of an extrovert who loves to spend time in groups and gatherings. Admission process is based on 12th Standard merits. After the merit list comes out. You are called for an offline interview. And then the overall Cut-off is made and selected candidates get e-mails. I went to English Coaching Classes to improve my Communication skills for the interview. Communication is the key in the interview where normal questions are asked about your academic career and the goal and vision you have. Your ethical and moral principles are checked and the extreme ideology is not appreciated. Go with confidence, Be neutral, and express what you feel.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Political science as my Major because I want to become a Political science professor. And the Faculty of Political Science in Bsss is well qualified. The teaching method is kind of normal mostly English is used by the faculty while delivering the lecture. The best thing I love about BSSS is that It always conducts Examination on time. And the result also gets declared within 45 days. The examination level is moderate and marking is not that tough. There is no fee hike between the courses. You get all the fee structure details when you get admission. You have to pay fees on a Semester-wise basis. There is the availability of scholarships eg. NSP etc.
Internships Opportunities :
Because of NEP ( New Education Policy). It becomes Compulsory to do an intership in your last year of graduation. And BSSS is the first College in MP that accepted & followed the NEP. So due to this, you all get an internship recommendation letter in your last year of degree and you need to do an internship of 1 month ( mandatory) which provides you 4 credits in your credit sheet.
Placement Experience :
Honestly. BSSS got the best placement cell amongst all the other Colleges in Bhopal. Being as a political science student. I also get chance to participate in the placement process. Placement Cell is active and doing really good. Different Companies came eg. Wipro, Dietto, Tech Mahindra, TCS etc. All these companies do offer Placement for the deserving candidates. The highest package is around 12 Lakh and minimum is around 2Lakh. Most of students get around 4-7 Lakhs per annum.
Campus Life :
The campus is quite big and beautiful with 2 playgrounds where different sports are being played. Fests are all conducted every month with different tag names. BS believes in celebrating every event and that's what I like. You get a chance to participate too. There is a separate sports department and culture department where you can easily register yourself for upcoming sports and culture events. I also got an NCC cell. There is also a Eugene Memorial (Library) which is quite big and it has more than 40k books. It offers Online learning too. The hostel is available only for girls. It is affordable.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
