Remarks :

Strengths of this college are nice peer groups, helpful seniors, campus in prime location, green campus, nice labs, you choose from 4 messes to eat from (you have to update online one day before meal). Weaknesses of this college are small campus, academically oriented, hectic lifestyle, triple sharing in hostel (from 2024 onwards). There are 6 modes for getting admitted into this institution JEE,SPEC,DASA and Olympiad are for single degrees like CSE,ECE. UGEE and Boards are for dual degrees like (CSD,CND,CLD,CHD,CGD,ECD). There are interviews for admission for only UGEE mode only. I am admitted through ugee mode. I prepared mainly through YouTube and resources available on the internet (they are hard to find for ugee but not impossible)

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had a particular intrest in both computer science and physics this course integrates pcmb with computer science as you get your BTech degree in CSE Hons. Msc. in computational natural sciences. This is a research based institute mainly. so faculty is well qualified researchers some of which have been in distinguished positions in many big unicorn companies.teaching method is also good they build up the understanding of student from the basics. Each sem has 2 quizzes 1 midsem and 1 endsem exam so we have an exam nearly every month.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

200000 tuition fee per semester ( 2 semesters in one year) 10000 caution deposit (refundable) 15000 hostel fees per semester 10000 registration fees 24000 mess deposit per semester ( saved as credit deducted as you eat saved money will be used for next semester) 2500 compulsory books. There is an alumni fund setup to help with fees for the needy. SBI bank provides student loan upto 40 lakhs. If you take admission from dasa mode then your tution fees would be around 12 lakhs per year.

Campus Life :

As I mentioned earlier it is small campus it actually helps you with socialising as it is easier to see people often on the go. night culture of college is also nice . On top of that we have spotlight for freshers in August then we have prom night in the month of September. We have our annual event Felicity in the month of March. We also have a lot of clubs like Dance , music chess ,dog, cat, photography, painting, debate, gaming , programming, hacking ,sports and many more to count and unlike other colleges due the shear number of students one can easily join any club activities. There is student parliament to resolve student affairs and works as a bridge between students and administration of college. There is website called ping which is like a news platform but exclusive for this college run by students of this college only and it completely un biased.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel are good but due to lack of infrastructure freshers have to do triple sharing in one room( new academic block is under construction as per 2024). Hostel costs around 15000 per semester which is good. Mess has a nice menu with a good amount of variety in it as well as we have 4 messes which we can switch at any time we want all 4 mess have different kind of menu north mess has north indian food same for south. Yuktahar mess serves jain food and kadamba mess serves non veg. The food quality is good tastes decent not the best but definately eatable. For mess there is a credit system you have to deposit 24000 in advance and as you have your meals it is deducted from the 24000 money remaining in the 24000 balance is added to your balance for next semester.

Where learning meets industry

Placement Experience :

One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

A satisfying learning journey

Placement Experience :

Best part is the college doesn't wait until the final year to talk about careers. We get opportunities to work on projects, improve our coding, build resumes, and attend interview preparation sessions from the early semesters. Internship opportunities are shared regularly and the college guides students through the application process. This has helped me gain practical experience and understand what companies expect.

Learning, growth and great memories

Placement Experience :

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

College life beyond classroom

Placement Experience :

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

A great place to meet like minded people

Course Curriculum Overview :

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

What it's really like studing at NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since our batch hasn't reached final placements yet, I can't talk about placement results. But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. Internship opportunities are shared regularly, and students are encouraged to apply from the early semesters itself. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.

My experience at NIAT

Placement Experience :

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life

Placement Experience :

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
