My Opinon on my college(Sri venkateswara college of engineering and technology )

- college atmposphere is good, it is so greenery , campus life is casual , some staff members are friendly , some staff members shows the attitude, college infrastructure is enough to do the engineering but we have to own our personal computers is enough. playground is good enough.
Dislikes
- unsatisfied hostel rooms , classrooms are not so clean , playing kits are not available in the college , transport vechile are bad some times it met with fire accidents, own vechiles not allowed into the college .
Remarks :
only for degree certificate we have to choose the college . there are no faculty for some subjects. there will be no group discussions ,no extra circular activities . and the worst thing is there will be no placements . one company also not attends to the college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
faculties are not known anything , they just come and tell about the syllabus , the faculties are knowledge less they are only mca , m-tech, qualified and comes to teach the b-tech students . for some of the subjects there is no faculty too.
Internships Opportunities :
college will not provide any internship if we have any sources to do the internship then college provides us permission to go with the internships , according our course we should find the internship.
Placement Experience :
there no college placements in our college , we have to offer some online coureses according to student carrier , i have choosen "nxt wave" one of the online course for full stack development as a developer .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the college is fee is 35000 per year . if we qualified eamcet then we (students) get total fee in four terms by the andhra pradesh government through the scheme of vasathi deevena . the amount will be credited to student mother account and then we have to pay that amount to the college. if the money not credited by the government then the student have to pay his personal amount to the college, by the time of us 2019 to 2023 one term fee is not credited then college collected that amount from us .
Campus Life :
campus is greenery , college has NAAC 'A' grade due to the greenery campus is ragging free and students not get any fear from seniors or any other people atmposphere of college is nice , we get peace of mind in college environment
Hostel Facilities :
hostel is ok to stay, it is not so good to stay there , it is free from mosquitos , common washrooms , no hot water, atmosphere of college hostel is good , hostel is within the college campus , hostel food is bad , they only provide rice and sambar is ok but the curry which is taste less

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
