Honest Review After joining AU Through AUEET
Remarks :
As per the aspects of good and bad Andhra University is considered as the good college because it has a beautiful environment fresh air greenery and also very peaceful for the student to study there will be no academic pressure. To get admission in Andhra University you can join through AP EAMCET or AUEET, Since I am student from Andhra University has joined through AUEET its the University entrance exam we need to qualify and get seated in the counselling then we can get the seat and we should pay the fee for admission they the tuition fee. There are total 3 counselling rounds first we need to select the branch which we want and should check the cutoff and wait until the seat is allotted.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have taken computer science because I have a great interest in the computers, coding, development, frontend backend development, app development and also there is a huge scope for job in the coming days and I want to develop all my skills and to settle technical side. In Andhra University we all have the highly qualified faculty they are really very good at explain all the doubts and the courses there is no academic pressure and they will give us the enough time to develop our skill and they have the highly professional teaching methods that they give the clear view of the subject. The exams are conducted with 2 mid examinations we can call as internals consists of 30 marks that varies a month gap between both exams and the best of 2 will be calculated and also there will be a semester exam those are the external examinations consists of 70 marks that happens for every 6 months
Internships Opportunities :
Internship offer is provided In campus from their startup named Ahub which charges money 2000 per 4 month ,where the student can pick domain of their interest . But a dedicated Internship drive will not take place , we have to apply to them off campus , and the college seniors will definitely guide through available opportunities like google and amazon and also the college management will be generous to give ignore attendance requirement if we show the offer letter and get is signed by HOD .
Placement Experience :
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in Andhra University of computer science branch ki 2 lakh 5 thousand per year we have to pay for our 4 years. In these 2 lakh 5 thousand they include all the tuition fee, caution fee, registration fee, development fee, labs and all the other fee also include but at starting we need to pay 3,500 as a admission fee to confirm our seat and proceed the admission process in the joining of the course of the management seat. Here the fee is same for all the students who have joined Andhra University through AUEET examination.
Campus Life :
We have 2 fests that are conducted the first is ethnic day in which all of the students and faculty follow the traditional dressing style and on that day they will be a introducing the day and date of the department day these fests happen in the month of march most probably and there will be also many culture fests conducting according to the special occasion . There are many newly updated books and many journals that are available in the libraires and they also provide the library cards in which we can borrow the books and return in time to time. There are many sports like cricket, football ,volleyball ,throwball , and all the another outdoor games and the indoor games like chess , caroms , digital online games are also included and there will be prizes for the winners in the competitions. There are many clubs like AU UNITED , EDUMOON , GIRLUP and many other clubs that are taken and run by the students of Andhra University.
Hostel Facilities :
Actually I am a Day scholar in the Andhra university but i have visited the hostel rooms and mess many times because of my friends they have a good and clean rooms and the rooms are cleaned daily by the staff and they also provide laundry so that there is no need of students to wash their clothes and they are washed and kept clean and the mess food is really very good every Wednesday and Sunday there will be a non veg item of non vegetarians and they also provided mineral water. The hostel was just a walkable distance from the college and its very near and easy to travel.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

The placements are in the few years not good.the elgibility is you don't have any backlog upto last semester and have some good skills you will be placed in some average job.and the average package is 4.5 lakhs which is somewhat average.the percentage is vary from branch to branch and backlogs

The placements were average but not too bad. And the job opportunities are also better. If i didn't get a job then I'll go for higher studies. If I get a job I will proceed with it. But the packages are 1000000 and below 1000000.

We often get placements and internships while we are in 6th semester we are instructed to follow the placement group and every student can take part in the placements and the on-campus placements are getting better compared to the past . we get Accenture, Asian paints , Google etc top MNCs visit our university to hire.
