Remarks :
To get an admission in ICFAI Hyderabad, There's a PI round before admission in which the panel tests you on your skills and capabilities by their questions related to the course and the common questions remains, "why do you want to join this course ?" The PI interview round is pretty easy and anyone with eligibility of more than 50% in 12th grade in English medium can get through it. The results are announced on the same day itself .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is pretty good and with practical knowledge. The teachers are well trained in their teaching methods and are very formal in their course of action. The exams are held with 60% practical and 40% theoretical held with presentations and writing.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year fees remains 280000 as 20,000 registeration fees 10,000 caution deposit and 2,50,000 as course fees and from the 2nd and 3rd year the course fees remains 2,50,000. There are scholarships provided for the students who score more than 70% in 12th standard.
Campus Life :
The fest conducted in the ifhe is named Trithi which is organised every year. You get sit in Air conditioned classrooms and library the amenities include smart board, speakers projectors etc. There are several clubs which promotes sports, entrepreneurship, alumini relations, fintech, placements and many more.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality remains decent and the menu is mixed blend of south and north indian food as the crowd studying varies from different states of the country. The hostel facility is provided by the college with According fees and caution deposits with mess.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
