NEET is an all India entrance exam for the course of MBBS . On counselling criteria we get a seat in one of the colleges . Cut offs change according to the exam difficulty and category . Better colleges will be attained for better marks
Medical colleges were chosen according to the outpatient number (op). Where there are many patients we get a lot of practice . And hence , I've chosen this for having a large no of outpatient. And ofcourse the faculty is good in many aspects including teaching . They support us a lot.
Yes I've opted for the internship. We do our internship in the government hospital itself where all the four years we learn about how to treat and how to diagnose. The stipend provided is 276000 per year on an average .
Placements were very good the last year and the before. We get internship course along with the degree . Where we can get monthly stipend for the work and practice we do. We learn a lot during that internships. Monthly there's a change in the departments for a whole year.
Every year there is a chance in fee structure, like we've paid 26000/- in our first year , 18000/- in our second and 15000/- in our third year. Every person has the same amount as their fee , but for some of my friends they get scholarships
We've had cultural clubs , sports clubs , art clubs , cooking clubs etc., every 2 weeks we'll have an event according to the availability. And in addition to that we have college fests named 'EREVNA' and every year we give farewell to the interns by celebrating College and sports days which is conducted throughout a month Coming to the social life every senior supports a junior in our college . It is a ragging free campus though everyone thinks that medical colleges contain a lot of ragging there's nothing here . They even support us and be a helping hand in the needful times.
Hostel mess is maintained by the students only, we ourselves decide a menu. The warden and we students sit and discuss with the contractors and decide who is best and at what cost . We get quality food here and we have two secretaries for food from our students also. Infrastructure used to be old but now on renovation our hostel looks a lot good .
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
