I done many more research on my college and unfortunately there are some bad aspects. Teaching is a good aspect and fee category is very bad aspect . After finishing Eamcet I got rank and all process to take admission is going in college. In EMCET exam there is no cutt-off It is based on Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics. All the process will take 1 month time to get results.
After completing all my emcet process I got seat in BVCITS, amalapuram College in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I selected EEE Branch in BTech course, Why because Iam very interested in this to enhance my skills in electrical area and And opportunities in this area was very huge.
In my college I attended some internships conducted by Government and some skill-build platforms. But they didn't give stipend. IBM conducted an Internship with AI & ML course. And I done my final year project on Water monitoring and Theft detection for water safety and quality.
In our college we got some placement offers but they are non-IT jobs which are belongs to sales department only. Now we are in fully recession that's why I didn't get any big packaged placement. The highest package was 12 LPA. My plan is to get a job and be independent from my family and support to my family.
Actually our fee structure is divided into 4 installments. I have written an APEMCET entrance exam for BTech. Total fee given by the govt is 53000, Transportation fee is 20000,Miscellaneous are 15000. But not released full amount. I paid some from my parents pockets. For management students they paid 40000 and other things are 20000. Some students belongs to other category got some scholarships but for my category I didn't got any chance or opportunity to get them. But I struggled very lot in paying some of the fees.
At my college we conducted some parties like freshers and farewell parties for wellcoming 1st year students and sendoff to final year students. And in our college we have a library and we got journals, varites of books, and all facilities in our class room. We have Digital projectors for classes also.
I am a daily-scholar and I didn't Know about the hostel, provided mess, infrastructure and all. But my friends shred me something about hostel facilities. They told me about Food quality is some times good and some times bad in taste. For hostel fees is 70000 per year.
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
