Remarks :
Ambience, fee structure, college infrastructure are some of the factors which made me to choose this college. Admission is purely through Kerala Engineering entrance test( KEAM). You should have below 10000 rank to get admission in government colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
ECE is the branch which provides ample opportunities in software and hardware side. Faculties in GECW is post graduated, some are PHD scholars. University exam will be conducted at the end of each semester. Periodic tests are conducted twice before the university exam. Teaching is ok and self learning is recommended. Difficulty of exams range over easy to moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
ANERT, Keltron, Q Spiders and Kodnest were some of the companies which provided internships in our college. Most of the internships were non stipend based. They are taking interns for the post of graduate trainee , full stack developers etc.
Placement Experience :
Students with 6 cgpa and above are eligible for campus placements. Q Burst, Tata Elxsi, Q Spiders, Kodnest, Gulf Asia are some of the recruiters visited campus. Highest package offered is 12 lakhs per annum and least was 3 lakhs per annum. About 40% students are getting campus placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fee structure is 10000 per year. Some categories have fee waiver. Different scholarships like e-grants, central sector, MCM are allotted which helps to compensate your annual tuition fee. Admission fee is same as that of tuition fee and it is refundable.
Campus Life :
Social life in GECW is above every standards. Books and journals in college library is abundant based on curriculum. But literature books are minimum in hand. Fest are conducted in regular intervals. Celebrations are the icon of college. But tech fest is not up to the bars. NSS, ISTE, IEEE, Drone club, Robotics club and other cultural clubs are active in college.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels around the college are good. Admission to college hostel is based on the semester mark, distance to native and annual family income. Food is pretty ok. Private hostels are situated near to college which also provides good environment. Hostel fee varies between Rs.3000-5000 per month.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
