- The campus is relatively big,there is enough space for roaming around in the free time.
- The computer labs are good,There are a large number of computers distributed in 9 labs.
Dislikes
- Food from the canteen is sometimes not good.
- Parking for two wheelers is difficult,There is only limited space.
Remarks :
The college is not far away from my house and I have heard good reviews for the campus placements here.These two are the key reasons for choosing this college.I didn't have to face any group discussions at the time of admission,just an interaction with the faculty of my department was only there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is a new course called Computer Science and Design.I heard that this course can offer opportunities of that the regular Computer Science students get as well as opportunities from the design field too. Faculty here is quite good.Every teacher manages to complete the syllabus on time.Teaching method is normally by explaining PPT slides of the syllabus. As for exams,every subject will have 2 exams out of 50 in each semester.(This is excluding the Main Semester exam.)The difficulty level is medium,it is relatively easy to get the pass marks but little bit tough to get very high marks.
Placement Experience :
Placement cell in the college is good.A good number of companies are visiting the campus.Most companies require at least 6 CGPA.It can go upto 6.5,7 or 7.5 as well depending on the company.Most companies don't permit students with backlogs. Few visited companies are IBM,TCS,CTS,Nalaasha,Mitsogo etc. Normally,they recruit 5-10 students. Highest package was 12 LPA and average package is 4-5 LPA. A good percentage of the students get placed every year. My plan is to secure a position in a good company from campus placements itself.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly,the tuition fees is 80,000 rupees.Caution deposit is Rs.10,000.There are also other charges like special fee,placement training fee etc.Placement training fee is relatively low.Merit scholarships are provided based on the marks in Physics,Chemistry and Maths in 12th standard.With that scholarship,tuition fees is only Rs.8500.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is quite good. The arts fest is called Bharatham and it takes place once in every 2 years.Usually,it is conducted during the month of May. A good number of textbooks and journals are available in the library along with other works of fiction as well. Every classroom has projectors and class is mainly taken with the help of that. There is a good cricket field,wherein football also is played.There are facilities for basketball,volleyball,table tennis etc. as well. There are clubs for music,dance,photography,fashion etc and other organizations like IEEE,ACM and IEDC are active.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
