- The campus of the college is so small and not good for sports like cricket
- The hostel infrastructure is average and also the food of mess.
Remarks :
In this collage the good aspects is the campus is so beautiful and bad aspect is the campus is small .the admission process of this collage is firstly filled jac chandigarh councelling form on the basis of jee mains rank then fill choices preference of college.then you will be allotted to this collage then pay 40000 as seat acceptance fees which will be waived off in college fees.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I have interest and my relatives brother was software engineer and my inspiration and motivation.the faculties of this collage are well qualified and their teaching methods is so good and they are so kind and has good behaviour .
Internships Opportunities :
No ,till now I did not get any internship and placement now but in third year college provides 6 month internship program from infosis company.the stipend of the internship is 10000 rupees to 25000 rupees per month.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility createria for placement minimum Cgpa is needed for sitting in placement round.many of the recruiters are visited like Zomato,cisco, Paytm, Mahindra infotech etc.the highest package is going to 12 lakh per annum this year and the lowest package about 4 lakh per annum. About 90%of students getting placement. My plans after getting the degree is to get good placement about 18 lpa .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee of this collage is 121855 rupees per year but if ews seat is allotted then 75% fee is waived off .and the total tution fees is 474890 and no other scholarship is available in this collage but many private organisations give scholarship to students.
Campus Life :
The fest was conducted which is name RUBAROO and the month when the fest is conducted is generally in october.the sports activities / competition conducted every year in December. The social group in this collage is tech society which is run by the senior.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel infrastructure is not so good or not so so bad overall average. The food quality of mess menu is not tasty and delicious but the food is good for our health and they don't cook non-veg .the registration process of hostel is firstly you have to fill a hostel for then after 7 day a list of students has been declared who is allotted in hostel.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placement Experience :
The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
