- Have a really well maintained grounds and sports teachers
- Provide good food in college canteen with affordable price
Dislikes
- College is bit strict and the hostel facility need to be improved and they need to conduct more events
- There need to be more availablity of filters in collage and hostel and hostel timings need to be improved
- Girls can't got out of campus their hostel is really strict
- Wifi need to be improved and also laundry should be free and ironing facilities need to be provided
- They also need improve timing for college canteen and stores etc
Remarks :
I actually choose this specifically to pursue electronics and instrumentation course there are only few college that provides this course in kerala and this naac and nba accredited by A+ and also this college a real good percentage for placement and they are really good in sports activities and also they competed with iits in instrumentation category and last year they won the first prize in Germany.Hostel and food are good and college is in ernakulam it is best city one can explore in kerala and they also provide bus services to nearest districts and faculty and libraries are good and comparatively lower fees than other private colleges and bad thing is the college is strict but compare to other private colleges this one is far better
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took electronics and instrumentation and this course is comparatively seen rare in kerala but in fisat they are actually excellent with they achievements and curricular activities they won some awards most of them as first and runner up in international events while competing with nits and iits . Actually instrumentation currently has less scope in india but it has huge scope in countries like dubai , uae , saudi etc but upcoming year india will have semiconductor plants and they need lot of electronics engineers and if you score good rank in gate you will central government instrumentation jobs in india and faculty are really good and friendly with students, they will give extra care to the weaker ones
Internships Opportunities :
No i haven't opted for any internship i don't know that college will provide any internship or something but they will conduct student development program for skills and certificate but some of the students that volunteer for ieee got internship in isro as representative as fisat
Placement Experience :
517 offers were in past years but package was comparatively low package and you need get atleast more 6 cgpa for getting interview and college is affiliated with tcs so more it jobs will be there highest offered last year is 15 lpa more than 70% of students got placed if i didn't get placement i can go for higher studies and also get central government jobs after gate and go for better jobs in industrialized countries
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is comparatively lower than other private colleges in kerala for govt quote it may varies according to your rank in keam and max will 90k and for management the max will be 140k if you have above 85% or something you will get reduced 90k by the scholarship program and for nri max will be 200k and the same scholarship is given and also fees will very low if you have very good rank in keam(like 4-5k) and also there is no fees for sports quota students and if your financial backward college will reduce your fees if you give any request letter and also through cast reservations also you get your fees reduced
Campus Life :
College is actually a bit strict and if your 10 minutes late you will not get attendence and there some sort events that done by college with ieee and college's major that comes every year and other one that comes in 2 years namely bharatham and libraries is really good most of the books are available and e book facility also provided and library is automated etc and in sports fisat are champions in volleyball ball and basketball ball university tournament and recently won 2nd runner up in kabadi
Hostel Facilities :
Yes hostel are good but i you want more freedom i would recommend to opt pg outside rooms are bit congested with 3 person in a room and food is okay also paid laundry facilities available daily cleaning and there some timings for entering the college after 8:30 you can't go outside the college and if college is off for 3 days your fees will be reduced and wifi is not really good and only one European bathroom available in corner common bathroom you have pay extra 800 of you need attached bathroom and very few are available and also some dormitory rooms are available

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
