- Campus is really refreshing to walk around
- The student clubs inside our campus are so great and supportive
Dislikes
- Whenever theres an issue the administration always blames the student without thinking whats right or whats wrong. They can get update their mindset
- The rules get changed regularly its okay to change rules that are related to safety or students . But changing academic rules every year seems not great We used to have 3 mids in first year In 2 and 3rd year we have 2mids Now in my final year its 1mid And now its same for all the juniors
Remarks :
We chose this university with the perspectives of various individuals and also i wrote different exams and also wrote gitam’s GAT exam and got an admission in this university For securing a scholarship you need to score a rank below 3000 and then you will get reduction of 50% on the tution fee
Course Curriculum Overview :
During my first two years the course curriculum is not great it was okay from my third year the whole university changed its standards and changed the course curriculum also coming to the faculties they are always ready to help us in any doubt clearing, teaching
Internships Opportunities :
college doesnt provide any internship regarding technical side But college offers other internships like marketing, intern at gitam administration with a stipend of 10k or 15k per month I did my internship out of university in Hyderabad. Companies that came to our campus until now Are Zopsmart Future first Darwinbox Tcs Accenture Deloitte Cognizant Landt Synchrony Delta x Micron Catalog These are the major known companies And more yet to came
Placement Experience :
The placements are okayish. Many companies are arriving to recruit us but some of them are not even recruiting people Some companies like tcs accenture deloitte hire bulk from our university like 25+ or 30+ students
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course total fee is 12 lakhs Fee per year 3lakhs and its changed for my juniors they now nearly have to pay 3.5lakh also its gonna increase more for my juniors its gonna increase more. I guess its worth to join in our university if u get redcued fees
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good or i could say used to be very good. Gitam offers almost all types of club . Infrastructure is the best in all the campuses in andhra pradesh We also have various canteens,dominos inside the campus
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are good but so overpriced .. the food used to be great for the first 2 years but now its the worst . In my first year 3 share ac room used to be 5,600+5000 with food From my second year Per year 183000 3rd year 190000 4th year 200000

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
