- Infrastructure is still lacking a lot but the continuous renovations might make it great soon enough but I will graduate by the time
- Lack of proper campus. It is spread in a very little space and should have much more space. No playgrounds hurt the most
Remarks :
Admission to college is through NEET exam only and counselling by proper channels online I chose this college because of its: Very Low fees ( which can be easily recovered in first 2 months of internship) Great AQI (I originally belong to Delhi -NCR) Easy access to ameities and public transport as college is in mid of the city.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I did not choose this college specifically but alloted through aaccc counselling. I wanted to become a doctor. But Now I really love this course as it has provided me great knowledge about ayurveda and it's so many benefits in detail. Would love to spread it to everyone and attain the respect ayurveda deserves. Considered due to low fees and quality of education as it is an 100 year old ayurvedic college with great reputation. Also the fact of fresh air attracted me to it. Faculty is a bit less in number but each one of them is highly educated. All have MD and max have PdD# from reputed colleges. Immense knowledge and experience in everyone but a few can have problem in english communication.
Internships Opportunities :
Our course has a compulsory 1 year internship programme included in course itself. Students are paid for it but we believe it's still very less. Includes assisting in every procedure, understand hospital management and learn from professors while observing numerous patients
Placement Experience :
As it's medical field, there is no Placement. Either work for jobs in any hospital Become a Medical Officer after giving state exams and Interview Open your own clinic It's upto the individual to use their skills and earn. They can earn 30k to 10L per month depending upon their skills
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
This college collects the entire purse fees at the time of admission itself. It's about ?15000 for the entire course duration of 5.5 years including tuition sports and other fees. Every 1.5 years exams are held and have to pay ?500 per subject as exam fees. To be paid every time to give exams. This does not include accomodation. Govt hostel costs ?50 per month. Food charges separate
Campus Life :
There is Fresher's week to welcome freshers and vinayak chaturthi celebration once an year, organised and funded by students itself. Sports meet in January once a year partly funded by govt and students but organised by students under professors' supervision. Library is very good with ahige collection and still books coming to it. It's an old building with continuous renovattions going on. When I came, it was bad but Government is putting lot of budget and efforts in renovating it. Huge improvement and it's still going on. Be it hospital, pharmacy, college...every thing is being renovated and well maintained with better funds. No extra websites or group run by students
Hostel Facilities :
Opted for Government hostel. To get it, submit a letter to principal which will approve it considering the vacancy in hostel. Very affordable and spacious hostel with closed badminton court included in boys hostel. Mess is student maintained and menu prepared according to students running mess as per hostel suggestions. Has geyser and great open terrace. Beside railway station Multiple times suggestions don't match resulting in lack of Mess and cooking or buying of food outside. But warden is intervening to solve this problem completely. Fees by Govt - ?600 per year Monthly maintenance - Variable as per the combined use of amenities (incudes electricity, deinking and supply water, cleaning of common areas and washrooms etc)(about 600-800 per month)

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
