To join any NIT or IIT you need to write the test JEE MAINS, JEE ADVANCED. I have written JEE MAINS in 2022 and secured rank 5885 in general category and 850 in EWS category . WIth my rank i was able to clear the cutoff of COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING branch in MNIT JAIPUR .
I am currently in 3rd year of my 4 years course of Computer Science and Engineering Course. The faculty to student ratio in MNIT is 1:20 . the faculty teaches in mix of hindi and english . As a South Indian it was difficult for me to understand in the beginning but slowly i am able to understand now. some teachers are very bad . they just come and read slides . At the same time some teachers are very passionate they can go extra miles for results . Qualification of faculty is good . almost all faculty has a PHD . but some of them have very poor teaching skills . while some lack English Speaking skills. Each Semester has two exams Midterm(30 marks) and Endterm(50 marks ) and remaining 20 marks are in hands of professors . they award based on attendance, projects, behaviour in class etc..
no i have not got any intenrship offer as of now but there is still a semester left and man y companies will visit campus . so i am trying . but my friends have placed in Amazon, Cisco, Accenture and many finance sector companies also.
the placements starts from 3rd year. you will get a chance to apply for internship . the placement cell here is very active and for every week you will get more than one company visiting the campus and recruiting students . I am currently in my 3rd year odd semester and 30 percent of my classmates have got summer internship offer . and more companies to come in next semester .
we pay fees two times. the fees structure is divided into 3 types 1) Institute fee you need to pay 20215 in odd semester and 19450 in even semester. In 1st year you pay 16600 as caution fee ( one time payment ). 2. )hostel fee. you need to pay around 32000 every semester and 16000 as caution fee first time . 3). Semester fee if you are sc/st you don't need to pay any fee. i have ews scholarship so i don't need to pay this fee. otherwise you need to pay 64000 each semester.
MNIT has overall decent college life. It has one of the best infrastructure of all the NITs in North India. Most malls are located very near to college . so you can have a very good fun time. MNIT has two annual fests 1. SPHINX it is the technical fest of MNIT. held in NOVEMBER. 2.BLITZSCLAG It is the Cultural fest of MNIT. held in FEBRAUARY. Both fests offer students Concert NIghts , Hackathons, Guest Lectures, Workshops etc
Mnit currently has 15 hostels of which 12 for boys and 3 for girls. In frist year three students are alloted to each room . from second year each student gets his own room. the hostel rooms are very spacious and there gardens inside each hostel. Each hostel has Activity rooms containing tablle-tennis, carroms, 8 ball pool etc. The only problem is the quality of food is not good in some hostels like Aurbindo.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
