I chose this course because I was interested in knowing about materials. Faculty was highly qualified and helpful. Their method of teaching was good. Exams were held semester wise and also there were mid semester exams.

Some of the faculties are like best and some are like the worst u will get feel like why are they in here . This is not only about this college in engineering field you will see this in every college . Cousrse curriculum is really tiring and boring and worst part very time comsuing . In 2nd semester in electrical branch my classes were from 8 am to 6 pm and u will get only 2 hours of break in between but it was for only some days in a week not all days , some days were like you have to go for a single class in the whole day. Exams are pretty easy here u just have to study just a week before the exam and you are all set for the exam in this way you can easily get 8+ cgpa. Teaching methods are basically normal just board and ppts thats it no innovation at all.

yeah institutes curriculum is little tough, faculties are very good they provide very good learning to each and every student with good skill development, exams are conducted two times in a semester and there are two semesters in a year.

I chose architecture because of the vast knowledge there is to gain from this course. One learns about the construction of the buildings, the materials that are used, physical modelling, software modelling and most importantly how to plan a building. It is a very tough and hectic course but if you have the spirit you can be an architect. All the faculties in MNIT for this course are very qualified some are from MNIT itself and few from SPAs also. Most of them are doctorate and some of them are not that good. Some teach really well while some don't one must cope up here. Exams for architecture are easy one has to complete assignments without sleep for the whole semester and during exam time one can chill and go for movies. This is because the exams of architecture course are really easy. The exam pattern is as follows- One mid term - 30 marks and one end term 50 marks in one semester(6 months)

I chose this course since architecture is a prevailing stream now, in the coming years, architecture is going to play an essential role. Talking about the faculty, they are highly qualified, you can get an idea by the college itself, its a national college so accordingly highly professional faculties are there to teach.

As I have keen interest in electrical and electronic so I opted for electrical engineering which is a circuital branch. Teachers of mnit are very supportive and teach in very good manner and are well qualified.

I chose ECE because of my interest in both electronics and communications. The course provides an excellent blend of both theoretical and practical applications in areas like signal processing, telecommunications, microelectronics and embedded systems. This course aligns with my career aspirations to work in industries related to electronics, telecommunications or IT. And ECE also has good prospects in terms of placements, research, innovations and so on. COURSE CURRICULUM: 1. first year: basic courses in maths,physics,chemistry and engineering mechanics, electrical engineering and introduction to c programming 2. second year core electronics like analog communications, network theory, electromagnetic fields, Dsp, microprocessor 3.third year: advances eletronics and specialization VLSI design, control system, electronic circuit 4. final year: advanced tooics and research the faculties here are highly professional with many holding a phd from reputed universities and institutions

I am studying 3rd year in BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. According to curriculum it is one of the best curriculums out there, like literally we are studying some of the subjects in 2nd and 3rd years itself which were even not taught in some of the colleges even in 4 years. But that also have a big drawback because we just study those subjects and don't go to the depth. Yes, going to depth is student part but student should get to know that the subject is important and he/she have to go to depth for that subject right. We studied DSA in our 1st year itself when we don't even know what is DSA and which is very important so we just studied it not going into depth which we are regretting now. If the subject was only kept in 4th semester or likely we might studied it in depth according to academics itself. And coming to faculty some are very passionate about teaching but many are not at least for many students perspective.

Computer science engineering was a dream. And to get it in a college like this was cherry on top. The faculties are highly qualified and very helpful and understanding. Some of them have a really peculiar and unique study technique. But obviously to get a good cgpa you need to study on your own more than relying completely on the faculty. The term exams are conducted every 1 or 2 months. There 2 exams per sem. The difficulty level also various so it's easier to score in certain and really tough in some others. It's not easy to predict so the only option is to study.
