BIT Mesra Admission 2026

BIT Mesra admission is offered through national-level entrance tests, institute-conducted entrance tests, and merit in the qualifying examination, depending on the program. UG, PG, and doctoral programs follow separate eligibility and selection requirements.

  • For UG programs, B.Tech admission for Indian students is based on JEE Main through CSAB or JoSAA counselling, while NRI, OCI, and foreign national candidates are considered through 10+2 marks.

BIT Mesra Campus and Infrastructure

BIT Mesra campus covers 780 acres in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The institute supports academic and extracurricular activities through many coursework-specific laboratories, a Central CAD facility, and a Central Instrumentation Facility. Its three-floor library building contains more than 100,00 books and 10,000 online journals.
