Remarks :
Bit mesra is situated at the very peaceful and eco friendly environment. The manuscript is surrounded by various villages and the campus have no such boundary like wall or anything this somewhat a negative side of this. Otherwise if we see the villages files are something which you can access whenever you feel like that's a positive side.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BIT MESRA in the first year everyone has to study same subject irrespective of branches. From the second year onwards you would be studying the subject of you own stream. The difficulty level of paper is pretty good as paper are conceptual based so students have to use their concepts to attempt the paper and they can score good marks. The teaching style of faculty is good they make us to understand the topic easily.
Internships Opportunities :
I was offerred many internship and assistant. But non of them had any learning opportunities. I was once asked in drone making and surveillance programm which i did for few months learned how to make drones and its components.
Placement Experience :
All the students above the required qualification is given a chance of college placement other than that outside placement is there which has different recruitment criteria. Most students plan further studies or higher studies many starts to persue for government exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee of this engineering college is around 14 lakh for the whole course. Along with this when dole join clubs which is mostly run by the students you need to give expenses out of your own pocket for various projects.
Campus Life :
Campus life at BIT message is fun and peaceful students from all over India come here stay together and used together. But has 2 major festive time and BITOTSAV the BITOTSAV and it usually happens in March and second best is pantheon which happens in October and its our tech fest so there will be events like Hackathon etc and you will gets a chance to show your skills. Then there will be events and posts fest in January. You will get to play Inter hostel cricket and football tournament.
Hostel Facilities :
Bit mesra have various hostels for boys and girls and for girls the hostel camous is surrounded by separate wall. The boys hostel are spread over the campus and the students are divided within all these hostel according to the year and stream. For the first year one Ned to share the room and thereafter till final year upu get room without sharing single bed room.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
