- Mainly I like faculties.. they are efficient teachers
- The campus atmosphere is overall good and happy.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not so good.. it’s a small college.
- No play ground is provided… So cannot practice for sports.
Remarks :
My cousin refer me to this college.. No written admission test or interviews needed… The course fees is affordable compared to other colleges… College is located in mangalore central, so the transportation is more easy.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course has 7 subjects in 1st year…Foundation, community, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, sociology, psychology… The teaching is very good… All teachers are very affectionate… Clear doughts on time.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship is done in other hospitals because because practicing more patients… Sometimes internship comes in our hospital also…after internship wide job opportunities are there…More salary get in good hospitals.
Placement Experience :
No placements and job opportunities are provided by the college… After completing the course we have to search the job by our own…during internship no stipend is provided.. but have wide opportunity job after studying.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My college is Indira college of nursing Mangalore..Im studying for general nursing and midwifery..This is a 3 year course plus 6 months internship..The course fees structure per year is 55k for 1st yr and 2nd year 55k for 3rd and internship 45k…total 155000 lakh
Campus Life :
Campus life good.. freshers day, onam , Christmas , ramzan..etc are conducted, celebrated and also gets vacation for the fests…the college have a wide library..for enlightening knowledge…Sports day is conducted.. all sports are included.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel facility is provided for boys..for girls hostel is provided..full facilities are provided for the girls…food, water, electricity, bus etc.. food quality in hostel is not very good and water scarcity is there during summer.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
