- So the college infrastructure is average and the faculties are good the campus life is normal.
- The good part of the college is you will get multiple clubs in which you can join of sports ,coding .photography ,videography ,social media
Dislikes
- The attendance system is not that good , Student need to minimum 75% attendance to get into the interview, End the charges and fine is pretty expensive.
- Many of the Fest, hackathons and other programmes are paid.
Remarks :
So GLA provides good placement and offers for jobs and for the admission process you have to keep the entrance exam(GLAET) you can give it in offline or online both mode, after which you have to upload your documents and verify them physically by visiting the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum approach is to make you a job ready person, and they prepare for you to get into the company, The teachers are pretty good they are friendly and have good knowledge of their subject and the qualifications of the faculty is good and the teaching methods are ppt, projector, whiteboard and the exams are in a semester( first is mid term and then you have to give end term exam).
Internships Opportunities :
So there are many companies which Provide internship like Adobe, TCS etc. but, student have to clear the test before to get the internship and the stipend is varies from company to company but majorly companies did not give stipend,
Placement Experience :
So the eligibility criteria for getting into on campus placement is to clear all the exams with no backlogs and minimum attendance is 75% for all student, In last year capgemini and many more companies visited the university and the average package of students is around 5LPA and the percentage of student getting placed is around 60 to 70%..
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees of the mca course is ?3,09,000 and in first year you have to pay ?1,61,000 (in which ?10,000 are security fees), and in second year you have to pay the remaining fees amount 1,48,000 rs.
Campus Life :
The social life at the campus is pretty good, the university also provide multiple clubs and groups and you can join them like clubs for sports, games, social media, photography, video making etc. and also the library is pretty much good and the classroom is of fully AC, the Social groups which are handled by students are(Codebusters_GLAU,GLAmediascoop,GLA_Buddy ).
Hostel Facilities :
I'm not in the hostel but one of my friend is in the hostel and he tell me that the hostel food is average and the rail station process is normal and the prices of the hostel and mass is 1,20,000 (single sitting), And the outside PG and room prices are started from 3000 and up to ?8000 as per the features of the room like ac and locality of the room/pg.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
