The factor made me to join this college are: 1.It is in the top 4 govt medical College in Karnataka 2.It is near to mysuru(my town) and it is also near to Bengaluru also 3.College has very good environment 4.The hospital college and hostel are in same campus 5.college has the 18 years of experience The only Admission test taken for the admission to govt medical College is NEET UG
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum for my college is set by central board NMC(National Medical Council) and our college curriculum is also maintained by our university that is Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences (RGUHS) Our college is affiliated to RGUHS Our MBBS curriculum is CBME(competency based medical education)
Internships Opportunities :
Yes there is an internship program and MBBS passed out student should do a one year of internship compulsory The internship is also paid About 30000 is paid during the student internship The student learn very much in internship
Placement Experience :
Our college passed out students has cleared the NEET PG exam Our college students is in very demand in the public and private sectors hospitals The passed out student from our college has got succes in their field
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As it is govt college the government fees should be paid The fees for year wise is: 1st year: 66000 2nd year:63250 The average college fees for the MBBS course in our college is 65000 The category people will get scholarship based on caste Ex: SC and ST people will get near 100000 scholarship and with books for the course year The SC and ST people should only pay about 750 rupees and remaining fees is paid by the government The scholarship available for student of my college are: 1. SSP(govt scholarship) 2.Reliance scholarship 3.FFE scholarship (central) 4.HDFC bank student scholarship And may more as student apply and on their eligibility
Campus Life :
Campus Life is very enjoyable with friends campus has some problem like the campus will be always busy because of the patient coming to our college as our hospital is govt hospital patient flow is more. The campus is good and the campus was recently renovated
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is also good with all the basic facility Our hostel mess provides us a good and tasty food Hostel has 24*7water and electricity supply Has also have well maintained management Has a very good parking space Hostel is cleaned every day

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
