The history of the college is good and it is well ranked amongst other colleges, the location is good and the faculty is well experienced. These factors play a major role Other than this i would say the competition also provides a good atmosphere for learning
The curriculum is of medium difficulty and if the student didnt have maths or bio in puc, they have remedial classes that are arranged in the college. There are extra communication classes to help students fall into a more professional setting. The faculty while strict are good at teaching and care about the students
None yet as i am a first year student, but i will be applying for research intetnships and even shadowing other professionals as this college offers those experiences, when it comes to internships the majority of students are 3rd years
The placements and oppurtunities are good as alot of pharma companies and start ups send job offers, there are alot of oppurtunities for post garduate and phd students as well. Other than that the researcg fascilities are good
students from jammu and kashmire that clear AICET exam may get scholarship upto 100 percent and even reduced hostel fee, this is whhy there is a good population of such students, there is also scholarship for students coming from unferpriveleged background
The life on campus is fun but strict, there are no clubs that members of all colleges can join, it does have good places to eat and hangout but the campus itself mostly consists of the colleges and hostels
The hostel is wonderful, the mess is adequate, you can apply for the hostel through the hostel office present on campus The hostel for boys is three sharing in the first year but can be 2 sharing further on

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
