- The building are good atleast some of them, especially nac1 and nac2 they have a good lawn to have fun in them.
- Campus Life is full fun like you would always have something to do in campus.
Dislikes
- I dislike the fact that my department building it very old(aerospace).
- I dislike the fact that they don't have anything expect tea and coffee in evening in every mess.
Remarks :
The fact that it has good startup culture. There are a lot of startup related to core engineering that have emerged from iit madras. We had to crack jee advanced (one of india's hardest exam) to get into iit madras.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are good mostly but some are way to ahead of our intelligence level so you won't understand what they are saying sometimes. And are bad too but overall you will find them easy to understand and keep up.
Internships Opportunities :
There are a lot of intership opportunity in iit madras. Each year there is something called winternfair in our campus in which a lot of startup come to campus provide you a opportunity to work along with and learn a lot from them.
Placement Experience :
They are good I mean I am in first year so don't know much about it. There is a lot of companies that come to campus afterall the college is nirf 1 in ranking. Plus you with learn a lot of skill due to its cultural that will help you with placement.

Campus Life :
Bro best. Always fun and enjoyment. Campus is filled with greenery and fun too ride cycle especially after rain at night it turns into havean. There are lot of club covering technical knowledge to fun club.
Hostel Facilities :
Okay so the first year hostel is really good feels like a 4 star hotel. But from second year the hostel luxury starts to degrade, and they are not that good. Mess is good with lots of option for them like South veg nonveg north veg nonveg plus there is also a food court where you use mess money to pay for stuffs.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
