Remarks :
The admission procedure of ug and pg admission under mgu-cap and a chance of getting admission through management and reservation. The cutt of mark for general students is 93% and above but it change according to their subject we choose.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am currently do my economics degree. I love the discipline so i choose economics department of uc college aluva. The course is designed for 3 years but now its 4 year Honor's degree. All the faculty member of our department is qualified Net and completed PHD and PDF.
Internships Opportunities :
My department offers several internship options. our sir invited us for the program held at bangalore christ college, but could not attend due to sem exam, so i am doing internship in human resource in private company
Placement Experience :
Our placement cell is a very well endowed in our college. Sheetal mam is in charge of the placement office. Every year around 1500 more students are placed from different departments in many companies like Wipro and Infosys.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Union Christian college is aided and affiliated under mahathama Gandhi university kottayam.I am currently studying 3rd year economics. I didn't paid any fees because i gets the e-grant scholership and center sector scholership. Our college provide reservation for Christian students and lakshadeep students. There were many scholarship are available there like e-grants, CH Muhammad koya scholership for minority students and center sector scholership
Campus Life :
I took admission here in 2022. That year was the 100 year centenary celebration of the college. There were several programs that lasted for a week. Similarly, Arts Day, Sports Day, Union Day, Club Inauguration Day are organized very nicely in the college.swaralaya club, mounatain club, disaster management club, quiz club, mizhi club... etc are the major club of our college.
Hostel Facilities :
I am currently staying in a hostel. The mess fee is 2000 per month and there is an establishment fee of 4000 rupees every three months. There are 5 girls hostels, so follow the menu of each hostel every month. Fees are calculated by the children themselves.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
