- I like infrastructure of the college and hostel.
- Also I love the campus life, me and my friends go outside to enjoys and sometimes we go for nightout.
- I like the faculty of mnit Professor are very helpful and qualified, 75% attendance is compulsory but if you don't have 75% attendance it's not a big issue, almost all professor gave you some assignment to compensate with attendance
Dislikes
- I don't like the mess food. Quality of food is not good.
- Gym and sports complex are off on saturday and sunday.
Remarks :
Firstly MNIT Jaipur is fully government funded college which come under the Institute of National Importance. The placement of MNIT Jaipur is good about 81% of student get placed in year 2023. Campus is large about 317 acres and facilities of mnit is excellent. To get addmission in MNIT Jaipur you have to give Jee mains exam which is national level exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In B.Tech first year all courses all same for all branches there are one core courses relavant to your branch. There is credit system in academic which means you get credit for each subject. The faculty of MNIT Jaipur is well qualified and very helpful. Teaching of professor is good if you concentrate in class otherwise you can't understand anything. Therewas two exam in one semester first is mid sem and second is end sem. Generally end sem examination is harder than mid sem. And there is relative marking.
Internships Opportunities :
The company offer internship for third year student mid of second year. There was many opportunities for internship in mnit. There are some companies which offered internship is Adobe, Tata, Adani, uber, Swiggy, Microsoft etc.
Placement Experience :
In year 2023, the percentage of student placed in electrical engineering was 90%, out of 103 student 93 student get placed with average package of 14 lpa and highest CTC of 62 lpa. In 2024 highest package was 47 lpa, and average package of 9.94 lpa but placement was ongoing. Company sets the criteria of placement like some companies set criteria of 7 cgpa and some set 7.5 cgpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As a general student, you have to pay rs125000 per anumn for tuition fees. Registration fees of mnit Jaipur is rs 1000 And annual institute fees is rs 36900 which include all fees like development fees, lab fees, sports fees, annual activity fees, fest charges, etc. One time payment is ?16600 in which ?15000 institute caution money is refundable. If you belong to sc/st community then there was 100% fees remission on your tuition fee and if you are economically weak then then there was gov. scheme in which 100% tuition fees remission on family income less than 1 lacs and 2/3 tuition fees remission on family income less than 5 lacs.
Campus Life :
Campus life of MNIT Jaipur is too good. There was two fest in college first is SHPINX which is technical fest and its Rajasthan largest tech fest. Second one is cultural fest BLITZSLAG. Generally sphinx is conducted in November and BLITZSLAG held in February. Library is good lots of books and journals are available and there was mnit library website on which you can access all e-books and e- journals online. All famous sports are available and two football ground and one cricket ground present. There are in total more than 30 technical and and cultural clubs in college
Hostel Facilities :
Actually the hostel I got is newly made and inaugrated by the president of india. It's is one of the luxurios hostel in nit. Infrastructure is too good and rooms are bigger capacity of three student. But the mess food quality was not good and the mess was 100% veg. You have allotted hostel after counseling in jee mains.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
