Remarks :

I was preparing for my NEET UG exam as I couldn't able to crack the exam my father made me join this college. This is women's college. I don't like this university that much because the infrastructure is so bad that you don't have proper classes, lights and fans which are the basic needs for a classroom. Ofcourse it's a government University you cannot expect much.Even though the classes and the facilities are not up to the mark but teaching is very good like th teachers will give you their 100% for you. There are no such interview rounds to get into this college but you have to get more than 90% to get admission in this university. You have to login in DOST website and enter your marks and fill it up all the information and wait for your conseling.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Th course which I took is genetics and biotechnology which is very interesting and demanding career in the upcoming years. I was interested to take this course. The faculty here are very highly qualified they all did their PhD in highly certified universities like central universities,IITS. Few teachers teach through ppt and few of them by explaining in the boards depending on them. In one semester they conduct 2 internal exams and one practical exam which is in moderate to difficult level and then the main sem examination which are unpredictable they are very tough sometimes and also very easy.

Internships Opportunities :

Till now I have not opted any internship as I am studying in second year so there is no experience and I don't have any skills right now. But I have applied to some companies my resume and I am waiting for there reply or response

Placement Experience :

There are no such placements and internships given from our college since it's just a government degree college if you are interested in doing any you have to apply outside companies or in any industries

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

So you have to pay for each semester so 2 times in a year depending upon your course. My course is genetics and biotechnology with the combinations genetics and biotechnology, zoology and biochemistry soy fees in total is 40,000 per semester including all tuition fees admission fees and all. And for other courses like food science and technology the fees is about 40-50K. The courses like medical lab technicians is but highers than other as they deal with medicines and labs. And you have to pay exam fees separately about 3000 for both practical lab exams and theory exams for each semester. The scholarship amount is based on your quota if you are from SC ST you'll get higher than others like OBC and for general only PWD people only get scholarship amount.

Campus Life :

They conduct open day every year in the month of September in which we invite everyone from other colleges and show our campus and we keep stalls in our college. There is a library and there is a lot of wide range availability of books. Students run a ngo called oyester which is a volunteering ngo. And there are many social groups such dance club, singing club, science club and many more

Hostel Facilities :

The food quality over there is very good before one day they even ask you what you want to eat next day. You can apply for hostel in the admission block in second year, as there is not hostel admission in the first year you have to stay outside in private hostels outside the college campus

Where learning meets industry

Placement Experience :

One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

A satisfying learning journey

Placement Experience :

Best part is the college doesn't wait until the final year to talk about careers. We get opportunities to work on projects, improve our coding, build resumes, and attend interview preparation sessions from the early semesters. Internship opportunities are shared regularly and the college guides students through the application process. This has helped me gain practical experience and understand what companies expect.

Learning, growth and great memories

Placement Experience :

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

College life beyond classroom

Placement Experience :

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

A great place to meet like minded people

Course Curriculum Overview :

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

What it's really like studing at NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since our batch hasn't reached final placements yet, I can't talk about placement results. But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. Internship opportunities are shared regularly, and students are encouraged to apply from the early semesters itself. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.

My experience at NIAT

Placement Experience :

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life

Placement Experience :

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
