- Side gates of the college is closed by 5pm and main gate by 7pm..Students will be punished if found inside the campus after 7
Remarks :
I mainly choose this college because of the placements and infrastructure , this year almost 82 students were placed to many companies from my department itself The only bad aspect of my college is they do not give permission to college union to conduct programs or any kind of celebration, its been a year since any major celebration happened in the college because of our new principal I have to attend and qualify the keam entrance examination with good rank to get into the college ,approximately a 12k of rank is good enough to get in to the branch eee
Course Curriculum Overview :
NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad (Commonly known as NSSCE) is the fourth engineering educational institution established in Kerala, India The campus is situated in NSS Nagar at Akathethara, 9 km from Palakkad town, and 3 km from the Palakkad junction Railway station.There are three men's hostel blocks and two women's hostel block Separate lab facilities for each branch and well trained lab assistants with decent character (not good) They normally conduct two internal theory exams out of 40 marks and a lab internal examination at the end of the semester, these marks are considered as our internal marks. Theory internal marks depends on our performance in the internal exams , assignments, tuitorial and attendance which is marked out of 50 Lab internal depends on record , viva and internal exam marks out of 75
Internships Opportunities :
We a group of 5 students have applied for a 5 day internship in tmr section shornur, which is very helpful for our knowledge development and to know more about our mains , also there are provisions for attending online internships etc..
Placement Experience :
Every department in the college offer placements from various companies, this year almost 82 students get placed in many companies from my department eee , companies like L & T , cognizent, tcs , mega power , tata , etc recruit engineers from this college

Campus Life :
Dyuksha and noopuram are the technical and arts festival of nssce which happens in every 2 year each festival have 3 days with different events Other common celebrations like keralapiravi , Valentines day , onam , Christmas, also celebrated here in a small scale at the college auditorium
Hostel Facilities :
There are three men's hostel blocks and two women's hostel block with a capacity of 483 and 500 students respectively. The hostels are under direct control of the warden and each hostel has one or two members of the staff of the college as assistant wardens and are responsible to matters connected with the hostel. The Principal is the Ex Officio Chief Warden. There is provision for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at all the hostels. The hostel mess' are run by the students. The men's hostels are named MH-I(Ganga), MH-II(Yamuna) and MH-III(Kaveri). MH-III is the freshmen's hostel.The Ladies Hostel is named Nila. Female freshers have hosteling facilities in the Working Women's Hostel (WWH) run by Nair Service Society

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
