- The infrastructure of the college is a beautiful collaboration of creativity and engineering by the designer. The building is well built with 8 floors and 2 basement floors.
- The effort of faculties is an appreciable thing. They make sure that the students are known of the subjects and make them involved by doing activities.
Dislikes
- The poor facilities provided in the hostel. The hostel have so many drawbacks as of now.
- The food during Lunch are so boring and is not tasty.
Remarks :
After completing the 12th exams, I searched for a good college having the add-on course of ACCA. After having a brief idea about the college, I applied for admission and had recieved an offer letter. The college also conducted an orientation session to give us a clear idea about the college. The admission process was simple. We were instructed to verify the documents and had an interview with the HoDs. There were no group discussion or written tests.
Course Curriculum Overview :
One of the notable plus point of the institution was the quality of education provided by them. The faculties of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences were well trained and professionals. They put their 100% effort in making the students understand each and every concept. Moreover, there are internationally qualified faculties for professional add-on courses. The exams are well scheduled in a way that the students get sufficient time to study as well as revise the topics.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I have not opted for any internship yet. There are many internships provided by the college like the summer and the winter internship. This year, the college had collaborated with Deloitte US for an internship program and three of our students were selected.
Placement Experience :
Another reason of opting Rajagiri College of Social Sciences was the campus placements. Generally, the campus placements take place during the third year. There are a number of big companies like the Deloitte US ready to recruit the students after interviews and such. The average package is about 8 lakh per annum. Last year 27% of students got placed in our department. I am focusing on my ACCA career after graduating.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have opted for BCom program with an add on course of ACCA(UK). The fee for the program shall be paid in an yearly installment basis. For the first year, the total amount to be paid is ?2,15,000 that includes the fee of BCom(?95,000), ACCA(?1,01,695) and a GST of ?18,305. The second year installment is ?2,05,000. The third year fee total is ?2,25,700 which is same for the forth year( if opted)
Campus Life :
The college provides a positive atmosphere where the students are able to relax their mind. There are many clubs which are focusing on variety of extracurricular activities and events. The splendore fest is the college fest usually conducted during the month of December. In addition, the college also supports sports and other extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities :
There are two hostels for men provided by the institution, namely, Social Hostel and the Assumption Hostel. I got allotted in the Social Hostel. The hostel facility is average on the basis of the infrastructure and the facilities provided. The food quality is above average and there are a wide variety of foods provided. The registration process for the hostel was during the time of admissions and the hostel fee was at an affordable rate. The hostel is situated very near to the campus.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
