- Hostels are very much clean and spacious with good facilities.
- Academic blocks are new and kept clean compared to other government colleges.
Dislikes
- The campus is small and not enough space for spending leisure times
- The hospital is a little bit congested so that it's difficult while we go for clinical classes.
Remarks :
The admission to each and every government colleges in India is through NEET UG entrance examination. Even though I was not aiming to get an admission in this College, I am satisfied with my college now. The college we get will be decided by our rank obtained in the entrance exam. No other interviews or written tests are there. This College is comparatively good in academics compared to other government colleges in kerala. But as this is a newly built college of only 10 years experience some facilities are less compared to other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I love the profession of a doctor and it is the main reason I choose this course. All the teachers in our colleges are qualified doctors with good skills and experience. The teaching methods is nice but even though the students may find it difficult to catch up in the initial phase. The main exam which is the final university exam is held once in every year after the completion of the subjects of the corresponding year. Apart from this timely internal exams are conducted by the college to asses the students. The difficulty levels of these exams are moderate and mostly is of application level questions.
Internships Opportunities :
A one year compulsory intership is there in the college itself to improve our clinical skills. Only after completing this internship only we are given our license. While doing this compulsory intership we are paid on an average 27000 per month .
Placement Experience :
No placements are provided by the college but the students after completing the course can work as a general practitioner or can go for higher studies like post graduation, super speciality and all. Im planning for higher studies as it gives more opportunities and more paid work. On an average we can earn about 40000 monthly if we work as a general practitioner soon after completing the course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees to be paid in a year is ?38420 which include the tution fee (22050), miscellaneous fee (3320), hostel fee (9600) and exam fee (3450). This amount is paid by every category students including general, sc and st categories but sc and last category and some eligible students will get the fee as refund through scholarship. E-grantz scholarship provided by the state government of kerala is the main scholarship available.
Campus Life :
The college celebrates almost all the festivals including Christmas, onam, diwali etc. Apart from this College day , ethnic day , etc are also conducted. The library is a fully equipped library with good facilities and resources. It's is open from 8 am to 8 pm every day except holidays and sundays. Classrooms are also well equipped with good seating facilities. Sports and arts competitions are held every year between the batches and the winners are awarded. Various clubs like dance club, music club, darama club , nss club etc are active in the college but student participation is comparatively less.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel admission procedure is done along with the college admission procedure. Anyway we can choose a pg outside the college also if we want. College hostel is very nice with good facilities and clean environment. Food is provided in the mess hall in the hostel itself. Food quality is of moderate and other state students may find it difficult to adjust with the food in the early phase. The locality is safe and is a town area

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
