There was no interview rounds for the b.com course admission and the selection process was determined only based on the percentage factor and the minimum to qualify was to have 70% in you 12th/ 2nd PU. They verified your percentage and selects the students with no backlogs.
The curriculum was set by the bangalore university and under nsp the college had the lenience to alter the the curriculum. As i was very much passionate for practical subjects under commerce i chose b.com and the the college had excellent faculties who supperted us in academics.
The college provided good placement oppurtunities but the lecturers just guided us for internship report guidance but told us to look for internships by ourselves which was difficult and that aspect made me disappointed and had to struggle for appropriate situations.
Most of the companies that arrived for placements were for sales roles with average package but companies like EY also came for placements, and minimum offers the college allowed was 2 per student. The eligibility criteria for students was to have no backlogs and maintain minimum 60% through out all the semesters.
The yearly fees paid is 50,000 per year and apart from that the examination fees per semester is 1500. And SSP scholarship from the state was available from 2000 and if the students fall under sc/st then they might get monetary benefits or fee concessions and also same for the sports students.
Life at campus was very good with lot of activities and festivities celebrated in the college. Library had lot of resources including both online like computers and offline like academic related books magazines newspapers. And we had both sports and yoga classes.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
Here placements are very good and has many opportunities for students to obtain internship as well as full time job here u can apply for off campus also many recruiters like Amazon Oracle JPM rapido etc have visited
Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
If you want to get placement you have to maintain more than 7 cgpa for attending the interview and highest average package was 2 laks per month.89% of the students placement in the campus interview only
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
