There was no written test for the admission. It was based on the marks you scored in the graduation. Students who got more than 75% marks in the examination got admission into the college. The admission process was simpler which was done through a single window portal.
MA Economics offers a wide range of opportunities in civil services, teaching, banking and financial sectors, government planning, etc. The curriculum was also set to this objective. You have to prepare for seminars every semester and also for an individual dissertation for the final semester
The college does not offer any kind of placement and internship facilities for students who are pursuing MA Economics which I feel is one of the drawback of the program, not only in this college, but also in the entire University of Kerala
There are no opportunities for placement and internship proving for MA Economics which I feel is one of the drawbacks of the entire curriculum. This needs improvement so that students are trained in such a manner that they are assured with a job.
As it is a government college, the fees charged for the entire program were very much less when compared to other aided and management colleges. Students who availed of reservation did not spend much due to various stipends and other scholarships provided by the government.
The campus life was too good for a post-graduate. The teachers are so friendly and helpful. They are approachable at any time and they help in academic and non-academic activities. You can have a very good collection of books in the college library and also in the department library. There are also activities such as NCC, NSS, Arts festivals, Sports meets, etc. which help in developing innate capabilities of the students.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
