- Gym,badminton,TT court is also very good

- Since there are 250 students in each class there is no personal interaction with teachers thus making class experience boring
- Campus life is very uninteresting fests are boring
Remarks :
For me it was the closest apex institute near my hometown otherwise next choice was AIIMS rishikesh which was far away Better academics than other state colleges Better practical facilities Better patient exposure in wards since it has largest no of wards in ASIA CONS It is not very good in extracurricular like sports,fests and other fun activities Hostel facilities are the worse ever most of the students live in private flats Mess food is not good at all The only way to get admission is to pass the NEET-UG exam (no GD/INTERVIEW) and for general boys cutoff goes around till AIR 2100 OBC 2700 EWS 3200 SC 28000 ST 34000 MBC 7000 STA 124370
Course Curriculum Overview :
MBBS is the first step towards becoming a medical graduate and it was my dream to become a doctor Almost All Teachers are very qualified all the AP or senior professors have MD/DM degree and are very reputed in their fields along with years of teaching experience Teaching method is also very good as far as practical knowledge is concerned otherwise theory classes are just read out from the pdf and anyone barely studies from them Most of the students study theory by themselves There are 3 internal exams in total 2 have part syllabus and 3rd has entire syllabus called as PRE-UC and the final exam is UC each subject has 3 exams 2 theory and 1 practical Difficult level questions are given which requires in depth knowledge of topic in order to just score around 60% marks
Internships Opportunities :
Inetrnship is provided by government curriculum itself the 5th year of mbbs is internship itself Stipend is around 22K Different wards are alloted to each student giving them an overall experience about this job which is all about experiential learning
Placement Experience :
Internships are offered by government curriculum Stipend being around 22K after cutting taxes No external recruiters come in any medical college in world After degree 99% of students prepare for PG entrance exam in order to get MD/MS degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Data as per year 2024 Fees is collected semester wise (every 6 months) Tuition fees -31900 Sports fees-7700 Infrastructure fees-3950 *Total* fees-43550 Total hostel fees(with water and electricity) 16150( for triple seated normal room) 21800(for single room) Tuution fees is only for general unreserved boys All other girls and obc/sc/st/mb/ews are exempted from fees College Fees increases 5% yearly Hostel fees increases 10% yearly
Campus Life :
Fest name is SRIJAN and it happens yearly in the month of july which is not very good all of it is again just for getting oppressed by seniors and get acquainted with them In library general students have no right of issuing any book only sc/st/nri quota library is there in which availability of good books is also not there they only have old edition books Classrooms are new and huge with a capacity of over 400 people they also have smarts boards and projectors and good lighting and sound system Sports facilities are not good only seniors are allowed to go there are badminton ,basketball courts and tt table room ,gym which is well built and new,1 ground is there which is only for residents 1 volleyball courts Other clubs include music club,Quiz and resaerch club only SRQC is a great initiative run by students There is also a small NGO run by students UMEEED which has helped a lot of homeless and poor people and orphans
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is very unclean and small rooms you have to adjust 3 people very dirty bathrooms Sometimes water facility is also not there No privacy of personal items a lot of them things are lost(stolen) Very noisy environment and seniors are very irritating Total 5 mess and 1 canteen Food is very bad small chapatis and bad quality rice oily vegetables and watery dal is all they got ,no special items on special days For hostel you just have to go to warden room and fill the form The only good thing about hostel is that it is very affordable That's why most of the college students live either in raja park pg or flats or in adarsh nagar flats which is merely 1 km from the college otherwise gangwal park is also an option where you can get 1 bhk at around 16K to 22K per month You can share it with 1 or 2 people accordingly

I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
