Remarks :
I am from Mangalore and St Aloysius is one of the best institutions in Mangalore. It has A+ Accreditation from NAAC. I chose St Aloysius for my BBA because of its strong academic reputation and emphasis on holistic development. What stood out for me was that the faculty are very highly qualified.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as I wanted to learn business management and little bit of accounts and finance too. Faculty is top notch. All exams were conducted semester wise, which made it easy for students to pass the semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Dataqueue Systems - Business Development Executive It was really good. It was a medium scale IT organisation. Learned a lot and got the placement through the placements dept of st Aloysius. Very grateful for the opportunity.
Placement Experience :
The placements are decent. Wouldn’t say they are the best. It’s always better to look out for companies on your own. The college has a placement cell that’s plays a crucial role in organizing the placement process.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition Fee- The major component of the fee is the tuition fee, which generally accounts for the largest part of the total fee. For BBA, the tuition fees is about 45000 rupees. Library Charge - Nominal fees of 3000 rupees Lab - 5000 Exam Fees - 2500 annually Miscellaneous- 5000 Student Welfare fund - 5000
Campus Life :
St Aloysius has an event every single day. Every faculty shares the same campus. So the campus is always jolly with a lot of events and things to do. In the first year, it can seem overwhelming, but along with time everything falls into its place.
Hostel Facilities :
Firstly, verify if hostel accommodation is there for your course. You can contact the administration desk. The room rent typically ranges from 20000-30000 rupees. A refundable deposit or 2000 to 5000 may be required at the time of admission. Food charges about 5000 rupees.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
