- Faculty : i love the faculty because they didn't force to copy notes or fill note books by just forcing to write 2-3 note books for one subject. They just teach in simple concepts that gets understand very easily and they make you read and understand the topic in the class only.
- Placements : there is placements incharge sir who helps to get job to all those who needs it. He encourages you to get job early and gain experience in that field without wasting time for just getting an extra degree. He always says that talent and experience can give you a lot which a higher degree also cannot give you.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure of the college is old but good maintained , not soo old and not soo new but ok as a simple house.
- Washroom are very bad and only faculty washroom is clean. In my 3 years experience i didn't even went to the washroom i only went in the trees for toilet and for poop also.
Remarks :
I wanted an uncommon or rare course that has a demand and less supply of students. In that process, I learned about the electronics and instrumentation engineering (EIE) branch which is less known and has a huge demand in the future. The admission process is simple after the 10th SSC or CBSE students can write an entrance test which is a polycet entrance exam and have to gain minimum qualifying marks. For writing this entrance exam students do need not any extra preparation, the syllabus is what they studied in 10th like physics, maths, biology, and chemistry.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have already mentioned why I have chosen this course. Talking about the faculty, they are well educated all are MTech graduates and they are all government teachers, they teach the subject simply and uniquely. They don't just read all the books. They just come to class by preparing certain topics and teaching without seeing the textbook, sometimes they see books but not all the time. They make students understand the topic and the logic of the topic. As per the exams, there are mid-1, mid-2, and semester exams. For the mid-1 syllabus 2 chapters and mid-2- 3,4 chapters and semester all 6 chapters. It's a government college so there will be no fees for income under 2lakhs. And government also provides scholarships.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships mean I don't have a proper clarification on paid interest because our batch wasn't sent for it but our seniors went for paid internships which were offered in Wipro and Dr. Reddys. In this college, the final year project plays a major role in your whole Career. From 1st year onwards faculty encourages and helps you to get a habit of doing innovations and projects like robotics, IOTs, projects using sensors, etc. It will be all fun doing the projects
Placement Experience :
This college doesn't conduct placements in the campus but sends job intrested students to top companies interviews and encourages to get job as early as possible. Many people who studied in this college are now placed in many top companies like Google, Microsoft, Godrej, Dr.Reddy's, sinetech, wipro, L&T , Tech Mahindra,...etc. As per package details it depends on company and the role they are offering. Godrej has offered 5.04 LPA package, tech Mahindra has offered 2.8 LPA package, Dr.Reddy's has offered 2.0lakh package, wipro offered 3LPA, L&T offered 4 LPA. Maximum students who are willing to do job and whose family financial condition is weak and cannot afford higher studies, all are doing jobs. I'm from a middle class family and can afford higher studies so i continued to study BTech.
Campus Life :
There will be no fests cultural events ..etc. There will be only a fare well party which is also combined with the freshers party. It means yearly only one party. In the library, there will be all kinds of study materials, storybooks, and all kinds of books. As per sports our college plays a major role, many colleges come to our college on sports meet and play in our college ground.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
