- The faculty is amazing. They have a lot of real experience that helps us learn from them. They are approachable and take care of the doubts in a good way.
- The Library facilities are excellent with access to a wide journal database. The printing facilities are affordable too.
- The region is peaceful and refreshing. The people are generally non-judgemental.
Dislikes
- No campus leads to a bad inter-student interaction.
- Some administrative processes like scholarships are generally delayed.

For Psychology, It's around 170-200 for General Students. Special Provisions are placed for local students. The admission is based on the CUET scores and the preparation can be done via online crash courses (Udemy, etc.) and by books and questions banks that reflect the syllabus as per UGC.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course is a diverse one with a lot of scope in multiple fields. It's imperative to keep in mind the importance of Psychology as it delves into human behaviour and functions. The faculty in the department are extremely experienced and use adaptive teaching methods integrated with a smart class experience for better delivery. Tests are regular to assess the learning of students and the marking is not constricted and is fair. The exams are generally moderate in difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes. I had worked with specially-abled kids where we had to overlook their activities and aid with their learning. Itwas a clinical setting and the other opportunities are with the STNM hospital and Manipal Hospital where we have to pay Rs. 2000 and Rs. 15000 respectively.
Placement Experience :
The placements are not highlighted as most students apply for jobs in a wide range of off-campus sites. My plans after getting the degree is to clear NET and continue with my education as a PhD scholar.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The joining fee is Rs. 7060 for the general category. It includes Admission fee -1200 Alumni fee -100 Certificate fee - 300 Examination fee - 2400 Id card - 120 Library fee - 600 Medical fee - 360 Marksheet Fee - 240 Registration fee - 240 Semester fee - 1200
Campus Life :
The fest conducted annually is called Ramailo Sukhim. It consists of all kinds of events ranging from sports, cultural, and literary events. The prizes are distributed for the same. There are mul;tiple student clubs and groups the the students run in the university under the supervision of the professors. Public play areas are allotted where students can go and enjoy extracurricular activities in their free time. The gym is provided by the university along with an affordable cafeteria.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel food is average in quality and the rooms are affordable. However, the PG and rent facilities are another story. The PGs are generally Rs. 8-10K per month (all inclusive). The rent can range between Rs. 5K to 20K depending on the room type and location. The food and additional expenses are to be beared by the student if they're renting a place. 6th mile or 5th mile is a great place to rent.

Placements and job opportunities are given to students after their completion of internship some may get the opportunity in between their internship,like recently our department seniors were gone for their internship and they are receiving amount of stipend in their internship at around 7000 rupees which was good thing for them

Recently Our senior's got placement at highly companies in banglore they were from MBA n BBA...our college had tied with many companies n by which many of us r getting employed n it's skill university offcourse we r trained to do something n to perform critical thinking by which we r ready to dive.

No guarantees . There is no placement guarantee in our college if you pass you pass their is no guarantee that you'll get a job after the college i have seen my seniors driving taxi after college and I'm afraid

Although the college claims 100 percent placements. I have seen my seniors running and applying for job interviews here and there. However i feel only 50- 60 percent gets placed by the college campus interview. But also there are many opportunities outside the college so one doesn't have to worry for placements.

Yes we do have internship program. If you do diploma you will get one OJT that can vary upon the field of your interest such such you want to move to another location or not And if you are not diploma then you get one OJT plus last 9 months of internship then placement.

job and placements are on average side and if we look at roi of the college then i would say it cannot your first priority but the situations are changing and placement are getting better over the years.

So the University doesn't have any sort of Placement Cell however the student body has assured that they will make it work and resume it soon. But as of now not having Placement benefit is a disadvantage. However, if you're good enough to crack NET exams and some other entrances than even some of the private universities can take us into consideration. I'm planning to crack NET and continue with PhD if I get a chance otherwise I'll have to crack good amount of entrances.
