Old but golden college with full infrastructure

- I like more the labs and infrastructure of the college as it was 180 years old but it looks like new still and labs with full of equipments and antique labs
- Faculties were awesome as they were excellent for the knowledge and way of delivering knowledge to their students
Dislikes
- Lot of crowd entering the college at the same time which make us to late for the class
- Uncleaned areas in the ground where some people used to sit and spoil it
Remarks :
To join in the college one have to complete nannaya set exam and will have councelling and education and way of teaching in the college made me to join in that,the exam will be on easy questions learned in the previous classes.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties were awesome as they are walking libraries who completed their phds in particular discipline and couse curriculum is so convience with one to one teaching and caring by them and digital way of teaching in old college.
Internships Opportunities :
We will get internship and job opportunities through jkc we can work within the college campus which pay staipund for the work and also offer onfield intership for the talented students because college it self is a talent hunt
Placement Experience :
Coming to placement they come with different companies by nodal jkc where we can show our talent and got placed within in the college campus before completing the final semester examination with good package
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 14,000 rupees for self finance quota and remaining was given by fee reambesment by government and if we got regular seat it will be around 2,500 rupees only. Otherwise one can get seat through management quota
Campus Life :
College will be full of colour and joy as we will celebrate every festival and special days in special way , we have liberary with more than ten lakhs books with reading room,we have clubs which related to education and extra curricular activities too
Hostel Facilities :
College will have government and private hostel too by paying small amount of money one can join directly In hostel during their course time by contacting the college officals otherwise one can join in their community hostels

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
